So, yes, Jack and Eliott Harkness are raising a teenage daughter. This will almost certainly not be relevant to anything else that happens in this story.

So, you're letting her get all of the special dark chocolate chips?

Maybe I'll do some sorta illusion/induce a hallucination that makes her think she got them all, or something like that. Then, while she's arguing with the cashier about it, that's when we get all of our stuff and make a run for it.

Yeah, I take advantage of the Edit function a lot. I think I enjoyed the line about "Unlimited Flour" a little too much; love when I can be cheesy.

What is silver?

Silver is basically the same as Favor, except it's awarded by Angel and her side. Treachery, cowardness, and other thematically appropriate behavior can be rewarded at the GM discretion. It is not part of the original Maid the RPG game. I chose the name Silver as a biblical reference (Judas and the thirty pieces of silver).

Silver may be spent the same as Favor (reduce stress at a cost of 1 silver per stress point removed, permanently boost a stat one level at a cost of 10 * X silver where X is the stat's new level, or spend (1-6) Silver for a one time boost to a roll), or spent to request something from Angel.

Running, Maria catching up with you, and healing stress all took time. You're going to have to wait at least one round of combat before you can get back to the parking lot. Or, since combat could very easily be over in a round or two, you can just go home and enjoy 6 Silver.

If you want to know where a place is, especially if you have been there before, just roleplay asking the Codex and following the arrow. As GM I might redact this, especially if Codex Corruption winds up going a lot higher then it currently is, but for now the GPS function and other basic functions should be uncorrupted.

I'm kinda tempted to start a Sandbox of an article for this campaign; already made a character sheet for Rosa/Ryo on my personal Characters Sandbox, so I could just move that there.

Cool; I'm hoping to keep this RP going for awhile. Right now waiting on what is going to happen at the grocery store (run away or attack Roz) and what's going on with our potential new player and the dragon.

Inquiry about the Codex Corruption: If it goes too far for one person's Codex, does it enable Angel and her side to control that person?

Edit: Asking because it seems like the thing to worry about happening...

Not directly. The codex isn't meant to be mind control; so even if Angel fully corrupted it fully she couldn't directly control someone. She COULD control what that person saw and heard, by filling their vision full of Enhanced Reality Pop-Up ads, and switch their magical powers off. Some things would still work without the Codex, such as the Nightmare Scythe, but forget any sort of weirdness censor.

Nice, I went and put in a little information, I hope that was ok. If I made any mistake, feel free to edit/delete it.

The only thing I can think of for the quote is maybe "Oh... drat" - Princess Star White or a mention that Altantian school class presidents operate the School Defense Mecha, but I'm sure there's something more fitting you all will remember.

I'm not planning on any surprises on the walk home, so feel free to head home and start baking.
