I sure am! BTW, I'm sorry Kokichi couldn't make it to Rome. For comedic effect, it's implied he got left on the raft so if and when everyone gets back, he'll be real angry that everyone left without him.

so been looking at this for a while now and i find the concept intriguing so i figured it'd be fun

so from what i gather there's two questions to answer so

1. premise

i mean it's a play-by-post roleplay, ostensibly a sitcom that really likes to stretch the framing genre, starring tropers as however they choose to represent themselves (which is often but not always themselves), that runs in discrete episodes, moves quite quick and gets quite nuts
like i said the concept seems neat

2. char

• name: amy
• appearance:
  • short, skinny, perpetually-hunched-over gremlin of a very tired-looking girl - 20s, dead-looking brown eyes with permanent bags, short unkempt shoulder-length black hair that is so messy it looks like she's wearing a mop that got struck by lightning and dunked in the marianas trench, was probably born with that scowl
  • wears glasses that are always a bit fogged, and drab, grey hoodie and clothes that are both clearly a size too big for her and also very inappropriate for any weather warmer than freezing
  • perpetually wears a grey scarf that's worn from apparent years of (mis)use
  • carries her worldly possessions in her deep pockets and a backpack she also carries around everywhere - most prominently an umbrella used more to hit things than actual rain-blocking
• personality:
  • hates your guts and other miscellaneous organs
  • abrasive, antisocial, arseholey, other mean words that start with 'a'
  • cynical, quiet, blunt, introverted
  • avoids talking and social interaction wherever she can but is not afraid to sass people who annoy her (which is a lot) or do whatever to get what she wants (regardless of whether goals align or not)
  • sleeps a lot
  • far more aware and savvy of things than she lets on
  • far more lonely than she tries to let on (really needs a hug)
• other relevant stuff:
  • spells her name with a lowercase 'a'
  • good luck getting her to give her name in the first place
  • is very lost, doesn't know how she got here and is trying to get home, but is an unfortunate slave to the winds of plot

So when's the next episode starting? I've been wanting to integrate Hodd Toward into the main plot for some time now but I don't have much experience with hosting episodes myself.

Just look at the past DM’s and see how it works.

Well, for me, past dms usually won't work. Plus, we tend to improvise the plot as it goes on. So, if you want to have Hodd in the ep plot, it's best if you dm Tropes about that on here or discord for that matter. Hopefully, this'll help you out.

Why is it I always miss the end of every episode? I have something I've been planning for a week or two, and it's too important for a post-credit scene or to just throw in the middle of an episode.

Alright, cool! We have a relatively lax set-up, just has a couple steps.

First I want to ask if you have a Discord account or would get one? It’s not necessary by any means, but being on our server can make things a lot easier for us with communications and all that stuff.

Secondly, we wanna make sure you’re on wavelength with the RP. So we just need:

1. A brief explanation of who your character will be. We don’t need a major profile, or too many exact details, just like a one-or-two sentence idea of who you’ll be playing will probably be fine.

2. We need to know you understand the kind of RP this is. If you could give us your idea of what this thread is, it can help us figure out if you get it right away or if we need to clear up some misconceptions.

After that, if we give you the go, then you can just join in for this episode or the start of the next episode, or whenever!

I dont have a discord

1: A perky scientist scientist with a dark sense of humor who, herself is a robot, mainly uses her science for leisure, and watching everyone else for no real reason but thats aside the pooooint!- Shes also a leader of a gang with only girls for some reason

2: A roleplay where we all are in a comedy tv show.
