We're both INFP, and The Ditherer (though you get a lot done in spite of it!), and Big Eaters. I also think you've mentioned being Christian, which I am too.
I too am a big-eating, dithering Christian (now that's A Rare Sentence :P), and my Myers-Briggs is one letter off (INTP rather than INFP). We've also both been prone to Pop-Cultural Osmosis Failure.
