A movie where the cast mainly consists of celebrity chefs. The story involves cooking, but it's actually an action/adventure movie.
In fact, maybe it's a buddy movie starring Guy Fieri and Gordon Ramsay, with Guy being the upbeat, zany one and Gordon being the cynical, serious one.

Possibly set in the UK, so we can take inspiration from Protect and Survive?
I've often thought that a British Fallout game would be more inspired by the '70s and '80s than the '50s, given you that and the likes of Threads and When the Wind Blows amongst other post apocalyptic stuff like Survivors.

That could work really good to set the tone. I initially thought about a hypothetical 70's Fallout mostly through an American lense, as I'm a fan of The Warriors and pretty much started to imagine a Mad Maxian upgrade to the gangs seen there.

Overall I prefer music without singing, unless the singer's voice is like a necessary instrument for the whole effect to work.
I wish Google image search had an easy way to exclude AI-generated images, because lookig for inspiration and reference photos has become much harder now.

A Zootopia-like movie where all the characters are cartoon dogs, also with discrimination as its main theme. Only replace predators with controversial dog breeds(pitbulls, rottweilers, etc) and prey with the other breeds. And the Big Good would be an abused elderly pitbull.
