I would pick the Scott Pilgrim world. I didn't really like the series itself, but the world it takes place in has a lot of possibility.

Star Trek verse would be pretty sweet. I'd try to memorize the foundational theory of the epic tech like transporters, replicators, holodecks, and warp. But if that fails, which is quite possible since that's crazy advanced shit, at least I get a month vacation in a world with all that cool shit.
