I think I might be unsubscribing from Fail Army. I don't really watch their videos anymore. It's not that they're bad, but I lost interest.
I unsubscribed from this one kpop channel - I don't remember the name - because he was starting to upload the kind of content I didn't want to see. It was stuff I already knew but didn't want to dwell on. I only subscribed because of his videos of kpop songs as anime openings and endings, which I thought were interesting.

He exhibits 3 things I am starting to really get annoyed by from Youtube vloggers/reviewers/analysts: an arrogant, overly-dramatic, cheesy persona he displays on-screen while reciting a script he wrote in a way that you can tell he thinks he's the bees-knees, a propensity for having opinions that somehow always conflict with mine, and the idea that one can just work hard on being a youtube creator with the goal of one day ONLY gaining revenue off of ads to earn a living for himself. NO ONE person can. How can you justify having a stable rest of your life living off of only Youtube videos when Youtube has consistently been changing its algorithums to serve themselves or their advertisers instead of you??
The tipping point was when he posted his last video titled .... "I Quit My Job." Meaning, his brick-and-mortar, actual day job with a commute.
I unsubscribed.

The Young Turks. Just about every time I put my phone on, one of the first things I see is a notification for one of their new videos. I wouldn't know which of them I'd actually find relevant, and I'm not sure if there's any point in keeping up with them, so I'd rather put them aside. As of lately I've gotten quite tired of politically-oriented stuff myself anyway.
I've recently unsubscribed from Akidearest. I didn't hate her content but I wasn't watching it as much as I used to. Declining interest, I suppose.
It's been a while since I unsubscribed from any You Tube channels.
I finally unfollowed A Dose Of Buckley last year, after spending the last 2 or so years avoiding his content. I was attracted to his content in high school, I thought his early rant about cereal and its availability in Canada was funny and he seemed like an entertainingly sardonic sort of dude. His "Top 10 Worst Songs Of 20—" lists were pretty good as well. Back in the day, I made a thread about his show on this very forum - I'm about to see if it's still active, just for laughs.
Over time, I felt like he began to take himself too seriously. Something about the earlier stuff felt like he was being a bit ridiculous, but he knew he was being ridiculous - he was sarcastic without being really condescending and snotty about it. It took a while, but there was a point where I watched a video where he ranted about a thing and the whole thing just felt really bitter and rude - the best way I can describe it is that he began to eat his own bullshit. After that, it just wasn't the same and I stopped watching.
I also tend to unfollow a lot of channels that have been inactive since I was in high school, but then try to come back in a grand fashion without a lot of substance. This happened recently with AG Entertainment - if he's still going, I hope he's doing alright - and it's happening with this other channel that I'm probably going to unsub from.

Alex Becker's channel, and all his affiliated channels representing his companies. I know the guy is legit and made his fortune in an astounding 1 year while still in his 20's, I know there are tons and tons of other millionaires like him. ..... but can he NOT be a damn JERK about it??
Don't turn this into a complaint thread.
- looks at the topic* ........ that's gonna be a bit of a challenge, there.
How can you be a millionaire at age 20? Man, I barely have a steady income myself......
"We are just like Irregular Data. And that applies to you too, Ri CO. And as for you, Player... your job is to correct Irregular Data."It happens to a lot of people actually.
And I am not one of them.
"We are just like Irregular Data. And that applies to you too, Ri CO. And as for you, Player... your job is to correct Irregular Data."Nither am I
Anyway,I've not unsubscribed from any youtube channels recently
New theme music also a boxBumping this thread.
So, I just recently unsubscribed from the RP Gminx. I was losing interest in the stuff she put up. The games she and Krism were playing were things I'm not really interested in. Also, I personally that Minx was better when she was by herself.

I just unsubscribed from Pogo after seeing a video where he basicly admitted he was a gigantic homophobe
his defence of 'it's a joke guys!" is not working
Not sure if linking the video is a good idea and but trust me when I say yuck
New theme music also a boxBob Chipman. It feels like his ego is gradually getting bigger and bigger (insert fat joke here)
You're going to pay a price for every bloody thing you do and everything you don't do. You don't get to choose to not pay a price.I subcribed to a Youtuber called "Knight of the Wind" and I quickly unsubscribed because this guy seems to really come off as a jerk to me. I know that are Sonic fans that are very obsessive about their fandom but he keeps constant trolling and messing around with them in his Youtube videos becoming no different then they are.
"We are just like Irregular Data. And that applies to you too, Ri CO. And as for you, Player... your job is to correct Irregular Data."Stan Burdman comes to mind. I wasn't keeping up with his videos anymore; he wasn't reviewing games that interested me; and I think my sense of humor evolved beyond that. I unsubbed when he posted a political opinion video. I unsub from channels when they don't update in a while or if I find myself not wanting to keep up with their content.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyI used to be a fan of his top 5 and top 10 videos because he makes great quality content, and some of his banter about the topics he talks about can be hilarious at times. That is until summer of 2018 where he began to pull off a stunt that ticked me off. At around the half-way point of his recent videos (usually the 3rd entry of his top 5s), he started to shill his own channel by blatantly putting "please subscribe and click the bell icon" messages in them, and they completely break the pacing of his content. Not only was this annoying and off-putting for me, but Rabbidluigi even went as far as to poke fun of some of the users who're calling him out on this practice. This made me realize that fame was starting to get to his head, and he became ever more hungry to grab more subscribers. As a result, I unsubscribed from his channel.
Now personally, I have no problems with YouTubers promoting their channels just as long as its handled in a way that doesn't affect their content. But the way Rabbidluigi handled this is just blatant shilling at its core.

The I-Doser Youtube channel. I came there for binaural beats, not another lesson on chakra.
I thought Rabbid Luigi at least made that trend self-aware on his videos, though I agree it's just annoying otherwise and should never be on a respectable channel.
I unsubscribed fromJonTron not primarily because of his scandals, but to avoid any drama from it and his more devoted fanbase. I still managed to check up on his later videos manually after a hiatus though, and hope his expression of his controversial views counts as one of his bigger mistakes.
Others I just unsubscribe due to lack of activity.
Professor Thorgi
I just unsubscribed because I couldn't take his whining in his latest video; he was whining about something that probably wouldn't even happen; he was speculating the the new Flashpoint movie will be WB's way of getting rid of Ben Affleck as Batman. Then he said you can't get rid of Ben Affleck as Batman yet keep Henry Cavill as Superman just because he hated Henry Cavill he thought everyone hated him.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre Adventure
