Ohh. I feel that post needed a bit more context.
Optimism is a duty. Finally got part 13 of the manga. I'm told they are selling like hotcakes since the anime aired, so I'm lucky I got all the other volumes before it got popular.
Optimism is a duty.A meme I found on Twitter. Foghorn Leghorn in my favorite anime:
The funny part is, they wouldn’t hesitate to eat HIM.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Actually, no, they have a pretty strong taboo about eating sentients. It's not like they would eat kobolds like Kuro, either.
Optimism is a duty.New Episode dropped: We get to see fully see the consequences of Falin being revived (becoming a chimera under the made mage's control). We also get to see more party shenanigans and them leaving, setting up Izutsumi as the new party member.
Also includes a fight between Laios and Shuro which I found kinda hot.
She/Her | Currently cleaning N/Asee this is why healers are so important
their entire party was almost completely wiped out and having a healer on standby to revive them saved almost all of them
also Lios slapped someone
New theme music also a boxLoved pretty much everything about how they adapted these chapters. Dragon Falin was utterly menacing, and the way she bodied those people was gruesome. Definitely more memorable than when she showed up in the manga. The voice acting added a lot to Laios’ and Shuro’s fight, showcasing a great mixture of their various frustrations. And Kabru’s pre-omelette PTSD flashback was hilarious.
I believe next we should be (manga spoilers) encountering the shapeshifter and our next party member, both of which I am excited about.
Delicious in Dungeon truly be cooking now.
We are really getting all the mileage out of the fact that nobody can truly die in the dungeon, definitely sold what a beast Falin has become.
And after this episode I am convinced that Laios having autism is not just a fan interpretation but fully intended by the author.
Kinda dissapointed that the groups already split up again, I was very much enjoying all the interactions. Hopefully wont take too long before we see them again.
So I guess the one ninja who vanished during the battle is that catgirl I have seen loads of fanart of floating around, looking foward to learn what her deal is.
Itsuzu is the surprising addition to the party that REALLY shakes things up, as her experiences and point of view kind of run counter to the dynamic that's been set up so far. And yet she fits right in with the weirdoes we already have.
Well, people can die if their body is damaged enough. Falin nearly died.
He does seem kind of autistic, yeah.
And man, Shuro is such a self-important jerk. Hates people just for not being as aloof and restrained and "thoughtful" as him. I'm glad Laios kicked his noble ass some, he sure deserved it.

Optimism is a duty. That's a really uncharitable and pretty inaccurate read of Toshiro's deal, I would say.
It's been fun.x2 that is very blatantly not Toshiro's character, you're projecting your own biases on him
I absolutely cannot help but adore handsome 2D boysYeah pretty sure Toshiro was miffed because Laios blocked him from having alone time with Falin hahaha
The series' major theme is that eating, rest, and taking care of yourself are not optional, and we're essentially seeing Toshiro snap after several years of social pressure, microaggressions (his name isn't Shuro), and then five days of pretty desperate dungeon delving with no thought given to his own condition. He's hungry, tired, and pretty distraught. It's his lowest point in the series, and after he and Laios air out their differences and he gets some food in him, he still opens up to Laios and gives the party a way to seek refuge in the East (presumably under his family's care) after committing a crime worthy of a death sentence and declaring their intention to fix it by committing more.
Dude's a solid guy, he's just a mess when we see him.

It's been fun.Yeah, that's true, I was focussing on that one moment too much. Well, autism.
Optimism is a duty.I just read chapter 91... Holy. Shit. Is that going to be in the cartoon?
I hope you guys like your horror...

did Laios write this post
New theme music also a boxUhhh, no comment.
Optimism is a duty.I was wondering to myself why Lios didn't have a shield or a helmet then I remembered he probably couldn't afford either of those things
sword handed sword its pretty weak on its own lol
New theme music also a boxWhile I am not entirely sure, I think Laios' sword is a hand-and-a-half sword which is I believe were often wielded without a shield. As for a helmet, Helmets Are Hardly Heroic.
Knowledge is Power, Guard it WellOne word: Senshi.
Optimism is a duty.We got an extra chapter exploring what-if scenarios. Pretty amusing how it theorizes that if it was Laios that got eaten by the dragon, the rest of the party would have simply given up on him because they don't know how dragon digestion works. Except for Falin of course who would still have charged straight down.
Would have thought at least Marcille would have stuck with her.
Some fan art that popped up in my feed. Warning of a (minor) late game spoiler.
