Sounds like Russia. Mind you, I'm not saying it is that bad. Hopefully, we are never going to see how it would look like if Chinese military actually got deployed, but perhaps they are suffering from similar issues.

Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.

It also does highlights on individual Chinese who want to settle outside of China via Serbia or ethnic Chinese in Serbia who want to get more integrated with the rest of Serbia.

Seems like this is a recurring pattern — Biden makes "off-the-cuff" frank remark on foreign policy, White House follows up with "clarification statement" meant to cover their diplomatic ass.
Biden really needs to tell the White House aides to shut the fuck up and fall in line when he calls a spade a spade.

IIRC, Vladivostok has historical claims made by China as far as the 1800s.
