Yes, that's what literally happens in the episode "The String", where SpongeBob pulling the titular string excessively ends up having the universe destroyed.

Now that's what I call good cop, bad cop."iPhone 12 Mini dimensions"
It sounds normal, but I had a half asleep thought of "How many will it take to fill a bathtub?"
Help me. I can't get it out of my head. After watching the opening scene of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, I tried googling if Indiana Jones should've forced himself to throw up after being informed he just drank poison. That would've been my first impulse. From a filmmaking perspective, it makes perfect sense that he didn't,note but... could he have saved himself the trouble of grabbing the Magic Antidote if he had done it?
I didn't find any analysis of that scene in particular, but I was able to find a lot of information about why they generally don't recommend inducing vomiting if someone has ingested poison. It's surprisingly ineffective at getting the poison back up (you can expect to retain more than half of it), and it has other undesirable effects. Overall, it doesn't seem to improve outcomes.
So I guess that if you're a poisoned fictional character, "keep the poison down and try to grab the Magic Antidote" is indeed the correct course of action.
