I've pronounced Asperger in Asperger's Syndrome wrong for a long time. I sometimes say the "wrong" pronunciation nowadays.
"Thanks for the lesson. But I don't need you to tell me who I am."I've pronounced Genre as Jen-Ray before. Instead of Jean-Ray.
That's all I can think of, unless I did it on purpose, or because I'm working with a different language like Japanese.
Wary is "wear-ry", I kept saying "waar-ry" for a long time.
I thought meme was pronounced like "mem" for the longest time (due to mostly seeing it in writing rather than out-loud) I still read it like that. I'm not sure why I went with that since "meem" is how you would think it would be pronounced, but no my mind it was "mem". Personally I blame the word meme with the hat on the "e" also my keyboard doesn't have a hat on the e despite having an accented é and the French quotation marks (and switching to those randomly)
Piranha.
I called myself a fan of the Spanish band Xera for a few years before realizing that their name should be pronounced the Spanish way rather than the English way.
as a non-native speaker i pronounced island as ees-laend for a long time
I joined the police just to kill people.I pronounce "epoch" incorrectly still, even though I know how it's supposed to be said (I say it with a more distinct "o" sound instead of the schwa/"i" sound). I think there's a couple of other words like this but "epoch" is the first one that comes to mind.
Then there are some words that I started pronouncing incorrectly as a joke but ended up saying it so often that it's now become my normal pronunciation. Then some words I will pronounce with an accent inconsistent with my normal accent.
I have to return some videotapes. My WallAwry.
And I'd heard it spoken out loud often.
It's not "aw-ree."
It's "uh-rye."
Which I always thought way spelled...hm, come to think of it, I never actually totally thought of how that was spelled.

Arkansas.
Bloody awkward pronunciation
ಠ_ಠUsed to think for the longest time that Chimney was pronounced Chim-lee. Also because of my accent I have to make a huge mental effort to pronounce th's like the, they, three. If I'm in the middle of a conversation or something and I'm not paying attention, I'll start saying da, dey, and tree instead of three.
Arkansas, the Kansas of pirates.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineWhen my American ex girlfriend heard how I said it, she laughed.
For about ten minutes.
So I asked her to pronounce Rotherham. Roth-er-um.
ಠ_ಠWait.... You mean that's not how it's pronounced?! O:
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartHeh. It's all fun and games until Worcestershire.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineI thought noir was noy-err.

i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartLlanelli wants a word, Catfish. As does Loughborough.
"Did you expect somebody else?"I keep on forgetting that Worcester is pronounced 'Wooster', not 'Warster'.
simple asPint. I said it like Pin (as in pin cushion) with a 't' on the end.
Got a degree in Emotional trauma via fictional characters aka creative writing. hosting S'mores party in Hell for fellow (evil) writersLook, they're nice. But in a game of pronunciation Welsh is basically cheating.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineCymru am Byth! Y Ddraig Goch ddyry gychwyn!
"Did you expect somebody else?"
Even after you know the right way you still sometimes say it wrong? I thought genre was "jeneer" for a long time. It still looks like it should be said that way to me. Also I thought barrage was "bearridge" until I heard someone say it out loud.
