Yeah, the writer def has things planned out in advance.
But even if AFO was behind everything was planned out, it still serves that narrative purpose of giving an out for Tenko wanting to be a hero for villains.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.I expect there might be a clash in the mind after Deku resolves AFO brocon issues. Mostly Tenko still choosing this path, but AFO made him such a withered husk he can’t continue physically so it becomes a battle of the mind.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. What if Tenko gives Izuku All For One? And like Voldemort trying to possess Harry, Izuku is just so good natured that the All For One vestige literally can't stand being in him, and dies. Also echoing what Izuku taught Shoto and Eri - Powers themselves aren't good or bad. Its how they're used that counts.
I gotta say, All for One being sealed away in Deku would be a very interesting sequel hook.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Alternately: AFO possesses Deku, Deku uses one of the Quirk-killing bullets to blow up the vestige.
Song of the SirensOr His last ditch effort to unite with OFA ends up with AFO completely powerless, drained all together due to the fighting and the loss of his brother, that he, instead of fighting in the Vestige World, just ask Izuku to remain in the quirk and sleep forever as nothing in the world no longer matters to him anymore and combining AFO and OFA is the only thing left he could have done to give himself some peace. Izuku just talk to him and allows the man to rest in peace. And the last thing we see of AFO, is a dying dream of him in his youth, sitting o next to Yorichi and reading a comic together like a pair of normal kids in a blank void. Both brothers genuinely smiling in each other's company.
"If there's problems, there's simple solutions."Listen AFO’s been pretty clear he’s a Knives Millions-tier brocon it’s inevitable.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Apparently the official MHA twitter account called chapter 422 the climax of the final battle [1]. I still think there is going to be a bit of falling action to the battle before it’s over but I think the series is pretty much guaranteed to end with volume 42 at this point.

I do think the actual fight is over now, but there will be another confrontation in the mental world between Deku and Shiggy to fully resolve the conflict for good.
Well Shigaraki is gone, thanks to "Ghost Of One", and with him, the Decay Quirk.
So the only one left in there would be Tenko.
One last kid to save in the end.
"If there's problems, there's simple solutions."Guess Kaminari's big moment for the Final Arc was creating an electric charge while already burnt out. And Yaoyorozu's big moment was making a railgun (awesome) that did nothing (less awesome).
At least everyone in 1A had a big moment. Except Mineta. His moment was just convincing All For One to spare Tokoyami, which was nice, I guess, but it wasn't big.

In case of Yaomomo there was also her holding off a bunch of Twice clones all on her own, though mostly off screen. That one just screams to get expanded with an aditional scene in the anime.

Ehhhh..... I won't count Shiggy down for the count just yet, since he's the villain with the most emotional stuff with Deku.
Heck, even Tenko still wants to destroy things to make himself feel better.
We'll see where this goes.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.I imagine that while the big fight is over, Tenko could still pack some emotional punches by saying that he's not completely in the wrong for wanting to be a hero of the villains or that society is not innocent in this conflict either.

Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.Which would provide Deku a perfect retort.
"That may be true... Which is why I will be a hero for everyone, even you."
Every time someone claims to be realistic is a dour cynic in disguise."Who has ever been fully innocent?"
Ashido has never done a wrong thing in her life
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI was going to answer "a baby" but then remembered that AFO did some pretty feral stuff moments after he was born as an exception to that example.
My next answer would be "Eri".

"If there's problems, there's simple solutions."Man, remember when Bakugo was about to pass out from having ALL the broken bones and let All For One abort himself out of existence, but then he stopped himself from falling and proceeded to murder a baby? That was pretty baller.
You ever wonder if Mina accidentally burnt someone with that acid?
I'm reminded of that one episode of the Boys where people talk about surviving various injuries from superheroes like this one dude who got frostbite while having sex with the Ice Princess.

I mean there was also plenty of hints and implications it was him long before this point too, though I admit I really didn’t want it to be him. Though Overhauls childhood the Orphanage, and the not-animated shot of him scratching after killing Magne foreshadowing the origins of Shigaraki quirk definitely took me by surprise.
Thankfully the fact he was so imbedded in their family life to the point he was basically the sugar daddy to Nana Shimuras son is so fucking hilarious.
It also proved my point that they really underestimated AFO when they knew he controlled Japan.
