"Please see The Rules" Thump

I've been meaning to mention this for some time. The thump message says this:

Please see The Rules . This is a warning that this post is the sort of thing that will get you suspended.

And the link at "The Rules" cuts off the color code for the rest of the message. Because of this, it's easier to miss that the post was thumped.

What if "The rules are here" was added to the end of the message and the rules were linked there?

Or have the colour code twice; one before the link, the other after.

Also, a couple thumps end up coloring the troper's signature too (if they have one). I can't remember which/find examples at the moment.
