She did that because at that point, it was either stopping Jax or they would both die. The one thing she was not willing to do was outright die for him.
And apparently, the affects are reversible.
The First manI just think Gil might not be so faithful to Jax anymore, after she learned he doesn't care about her
REALITY IS AN ILLUSION, THE UNIVERSE IS A HOLOGRAM, BUY GOLD BYEEEE! | She/HerThat is possible.
The First manI think it's more appropriate to call Yatsu's Semblance a memory lock than a memory wipe. "Wipe" would imply that the memory would suffer permanent damage or degradation, IMO. But hey, it's the writers' call, not mine.
"One thing about humans; we keep trying to destroy this planet. And the planet just won't let us. Heh. Life always finds a way."Didn't she help Yatsu wipe his mind?
I've seen it claimed that it was a case of Gone Horribly Right, she wanted to wipe his memory enough thst he'd retreat and instead ended up with him near catatonic.
That's probably the case. Yatsu didn't actually know that would happen until after the fact.
Ironically, the main person who thought of this possibility before it was done was Jax himself. He pondered the possibilities of Yatsu's semblance and how it could be used on the mind and planned to have him use on people IIRC.
The First manGuys… we were robbed.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.
Would Scooby be an especially animal-like Faunus?
Davictor Zsaszlav: Don't count on it.
Pretty sure I made a joke about this.
There’d be no real point.
My honest reaction:
Is this a joke? I can’t tell and am kinda burnt out at the moment.
I think that was a joke people took seriously
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."I'd still have watched it.
Disney100 Marathon | DreamWorks MarathonSame tbh.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?It would probably get a mixed reputation in my eyes if were being realistic.
I think it could have been great if the writers know what they are doing.
The First manWhich would probably be better than how most of RWBY is received.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.Depends on where you generally discuss it. People tend to forget that the opinions of their circle are not necessarily shared by everyone else
If you can't handle being outed by a signature, that's on you.True, though critical attitudes towards the show are hardly uncommon.
And admit it, a lot of people would watch a Scooby-Doo/RWBY cross over just for the loony concept.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut. While RWBY is not with out it's fair share of issues, I do think certain degrees of wide spread criticism stem from a lot of people, knowing the series mostly through certain youtubers and then by proxy it has a reputations based off that, that it gets known by.
Some of the darker Scooby Doo movies would probably match really well with the RWBY vibe. I could see a cross over with the tone of Zombie Island (mostly dark with some good humor and rock music) where the Gang and the Crew need to fight off monsters and Grim while finding out the mystery of Kalcomi island. The animation and art direction of Zombie Island and the Witch's Ghost would honestly work really well for RWBY.

I'm curious how a RWBY-Doo movie would work though, since I'm not sure how they'd put RWBY in a mystery setting

Didn't she help Yatsu wipe his mind? I think they won't be on nearly as good terms this time, like it's going to be some Teeth-Clenched Teamwork since Salem probably wants them as a pair to lead the Crown and they need to stay useful to her
