Choreography also felt boring. Blake's ninja gun rope thingie is cool, but it's barely used to any effect other than running and effortlessly slicing apart mooks. After last trailer's monster actually landed a solid hit and felt like it gave the protagonist challenge, it's disappointing to go back to seeing mooks get sliced up like some routine job. I thought the two characters were going to fight at the end, but nope, we didn't even get that.
Also, the conflict between her and Adam is never explained, so I have no reason to care. Neither of them really show affection to each other, so I have no reason to care. And Adam's dialogue is boring as shit; I swear he says "Let's do this!" twice.

Yeah, the writing was a bit cliche, and the voice acting in general could be better. The action also didn't feel as...'weighty' as the last two.
Still, it was merely downgraded from Fuck Awesome to Awesome. I'm sure Monty and crew will fix these flaws by the time the Yellow trailer and the actual series come out.
You can't expect to get that much info out of a trailer, especially since we didn't get any such info in previous trailers.
But I agree that the VA'ing is horrible.

Considering the last foe required an attack with large time to even scratch, coupled with the lasers they hit, I wouldn't say the challenge was reduced. Also, cleaving through an army of mooks is to be expected.
I quite liked this trailer. Voice acting was... not the best, but not utterly horrible. Quite interested in what those two's deal is.

Adam's straight out of bleach, although Jetstream Sam beat him to the punch on the shotgun-powered Iaijutsu sheath.
Blake though... What IS that weapon? I don't think I can describe it. Can't get a feel of her abilities as much as the other two, thanks to her co-star hogging some of the spotlight.

Anyway, just saw all three trailers. Looks interesting. I just wonder what the connection point is between all these girls.

Man, it's just a trailer. There's no reason to be so critical over it.
I do agree with the basic critiques, though. Adam stole the spotlight from Blake way too much. The dialogue and the acting need work, particularly for Adam (which is another reason why I'm not too keen on him).
The conflict between Adam and Blake was already shown in the trailer. He was fine with blowing up a train full of passengers. She wasn't having it, so she abandoned him once the robots were taken care of. Thought that was pretty straightforward.

Can't help but feel like Monty Oum was influenced by Cyber Connect 2 here. The animation style feels and looks quite a bit like Dot Hack GU's movie in terms of Cel Shading and Camera angles.
