Watched Terminator 2: Judgment Day, and the new Netflix documentary Hell Camp about the Troubled Teen camps.

I felt like watching a movie today and I had HBO Max open so I went with Blue Beetle (2023). It's good! Nothing life-changing or anything but the execution and cast brought it way up. Also, I appreciated the subtle middle finger to Ronald Reagan near the end.
Self-serious autistic metalhead who goes by any pronouns. (avvie template source)The Iron Claw. It’s definitely not a movie for everyone, but I liked it.
Help me. I can't get it out of my head. The Mia and Me movie back in December 30th, been waiting a year for this and honestly, pretty good!
Just someone who is lonely offline but sociable online, oh, and I like cute stuff.Netflix keeps serving me up Schwarzenegger movies, and this weekend's fare was The Running Man. I thoroughly enjoyed the janky low production value. I did keep imagening how certain scenes would have been shot with more resources, but there's a certain charm to movie because of the jank.
Entergalactic. It was fun and Kid Cudi's music is a bop.
She/Her | Currently cleaning N/ATrigun Badlands Rumble
Took me back to the days as an early teen. The television station I tuned in for anime on Friday nights occasionally aired Inuyasha and Naruto movies, which were mindless fun. Unlike the latter, Trigun, in its many incarnations, is something I still hold onto dearly. Formulaic and basic, it was still great to experience these characters and lore more.
Gladiator. Morituri te salutamus!
It was okay. The licensed music and references clashed with the rest of the film. Though I found them suitable and made me laugh, the DC references would confuse the average viewer. Not all jokes landed, they were very forced at times. The characters were likeable and punished for their questionable traits. The pacing constantly built up to something worse and kept me invested. Despite its faults, I enjoyed myself.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. It was super entertaining and it has some of the best animated fight choreography I've seen in a while.
Edit: Forgot to specify.

She/Her | Currently cleaning N/AAnyone but You. There weren't any new horror movies at the movie theater that I haven't already watched, so I watched that instead.
"Paldea has a lot of different Pokemon from those in Kitakami." - Carminewatched Bullet Train in an enhanced state of mind with a friend. Extremely trope-laden piece of film, in good and bad, but can't say I wasn't entertained.
Might be the funniest film I've seen in a while, in terms of actual jokes and sheer WTF moments.
What fate a slugcat...Watching this movie was emotionally painful, but I did it so I could give it a TVT page.
135 - 169 - 273 - 191 - 188 - 230 - 300Lord of the Flies (1963)
Wow, that was depressing. Not all of the performances were good and the character development was abrupt making it difficult to latch onto characters. Some actions were poorly choreographed while. Other scenes were either too long or too short.
Despite these qualms, I enjoyed myself but this satisfaction feels empty.

Hot Shots! Part Deux. For a spoof movie made in the Gulf War era, it could have aged way worse (hell, racism against Arabs in movies got worse after 9/11). A real solid piece of comedic filmmaking.
I love the whole final scene of that movie, Bill Murray really brings it home.
Edit: Page topper. Was referring to the previous post talking about the movie Scrooged.
