Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

I think Summoned By Sobbing got rogue-launched.
Oh, I believe in yesterdayIt was, and by someone who did no edits on said trope.

I know more about obscure 1990s Middle Grade Literature novels and dolls than most people.I'll kick it back; holler a mod for the rest. It was Geek Squad 24 B
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessVindicated By Adaptation was created only 3 days ago, and the sponsor didn't address the issues brought up by other tropers before launching, like the unclear definition and poor grammar

The Unquenchable Fire trope was just launched. The description claims that Unquenchable Fire is a Sub-Trope of Magic Fire. However, there's a Real Life section, even though magic fire isn't real. Clearly, one of two things needs to happen: The part about it being a sub-trope should be removed, or the Real Life section should be removed.
Welcome to Corneria! It also mentions that Greek Fire is a subtrope, and while we don't know the exact composition of that, I'm pretty sure it's been confirmed as real (and definitely not magic).
online since 1993 | huge retrocomputing and TV nerd | lee4hmz.info (under construction) | heapershangout.com~YourEternalTroper has been rogue discarding some drafts that are below the net bomb ratio like
Other drafts they discarded in question without protocol from other tropers:

ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔|I DO COMMISSIONS|ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔Should I restore them? I discarded them because I thought they're not worthy of being tropes because some are too rare, some are redundant, and some are just chairs. But on second thought, I feel like they could be given another chance to be launch-worthy and get more hats.

Everything that lives is designed to end...You should, yes.
For future reference, there's a TLP Discard thread where you can consult whether or not a draft should be discarded (I'm not sure if it's still active, though).
135 - 169 - 273 - 191 - 188 - 230 - 300I don't think one user can arbitrary discard a draft anyway.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupLooks like Myth Morgan Le Fay was improperly launvhed. Judging by the draft, it wasn't supposed to be in Main/

Not sure where this should go, but "Dating Best Friend's Sibling" Drama shows up as a WikiWord on the homepage.

"As long as I have my comrades with me, I can do anything!" (She/Her) (Current Focus: Indentation cleanup)I think thats just how new tropes display on the front page because the trope title displays fine on the wiki.
Macron's notesIt looks like it just launched without having spaces proper in the name space. I've done that before, but it's lined up on the page.

~harrietvanger — The unlaunch I previously did was in response to a holler that said the draft was stealth launched, but since it turns out it was a false alarm (i.e., the sender of the holler didn't know about the launch notice) based on further comments on the draft, go ahead and re-launch.
Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.
