Bad Things Happen Here: Malifaux

I've started this thread because I've noticed a distinct lack of discussion regarding my favourite https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/TabletopGame/Malifaux Steamvictoriohorrorwestpunk]] skirmish game.

So does anyone here play Malifaux?

I currently have two smallish crews: Lilith and The Dreamer, but thats mostly because I picked up Lelu & Liltu and Coppelius to help with Lilith whilst I had the little creep sitting around in a box and started running them together.

I'm looking at either picking up Kirai, So'mer Teeth Jones, Von Schill, Kaeris or Leveticus. Theres just so much to choose from!

I've thought about it a bit. I'd probably go either Von Schill or Ramos if I did.

I've never even touched a tabletop game before, but I'm tempted to get into this one.

I probably won't, because this whole tabletop gaming thing seems intimidating, but I'm really tempted.

Recently gotten into it. Just got Nicodem.

So what are people's opinion of the The Other Side v Malifaux?

Do you think that the differences work well for a Gaiden Game?

I'm aware it exists. There's a faction with onryo if I recall?
