No, don't play the that's just your opinion card. Personal feelings aside, you were using it in a way to shut down criticism about the previous thread and attempts to establish rules for a better thread.

And you know this how? Because when anyone uses that statement, that's what they mean.

In that case, rather than continue this tedious yes-you-did no-i-didn't back-and-forthing, maybe you could explain what you meant?

Let me explain what I meant instead. I mean rules are necessary, but don't end up setting unreasonable rules. Cute can be a bit too intense at times.

I wasn't saying rules are bad in anyway, I definitely did NOT mean what you thought I meant, Alkthash. I know what happens when there are no set rules. Also, that thread is under Forum Games. It's inevitable that some will use it to 'play', and go a bit too overboard. IMHO it should have been in this subforum all along.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm willing to listen. All I ask is that you do not misinterprete my words. Thank you.

I just discovered this, and I'd like to say something, the ridiculous nicknames are as much my thing as Inhopelessguy's, so it seems unfair that he can use thm, and I can't. Also, what's wrong with them?

Confusing, hard to keep track of and bogs the whole conversation down with trying to figure out who's who. And as Hope pretty much used it from the start of his time here, he has seniority.

I use them just as much as he does, if not more.

Once more, seniority. Besides, if it were up to me the nicknames wouldn't be about in the first place. Now, can we not turn this into a debate about nicknames? I'd rather avoid such things on the first day.
