Double posting because I made myself the new Short-Term Projects herald since that forum's previous herald resigned, at least as a stopgap. (Mainly, I felt more confident in my ability to answer questions about that forum than the other forums that need new heralds.)

I can tell you from experience as the Long-Term herald that nobody ever asks questions lol and if they do it's once a moon when the planets align on a Tuesday (so basically maybe once every couple hundred messages lol)

Added you to the list of inactive heralds since I don't think there's a way to completely vacate a herald position (instead of swapping one herald out with another) without admin intervention.

Edit: I'm just going to slot myself in as the new herald for Yack Fest (since I've been a regular since the middle of last year, and since slotting myself in means cutting the amount of herald positions to replace for Parable in half), but leave OTC alone since I don't generally post there and lack experience with that part of the forums, so even if responses to herald messages are rare, I wouldn't always know how to answer questions for that part of the forums. On the flipside, I'm resigning as the Content Violation Discussions herald (becoming the herald of that forum was the first time I directly fulfilled a resignation request myself) since I have pretty much no presence there (I initially thought I would, but that didn't happen) and thus lack experience with that part of the forums.

Edit from days later: I changed my mind again regarding being the CVD herald. I feel that someone who has more of a presence there would be a better fit.

I changed my mind on resigning as herald of CVD, at least for now, so I'll stay as its herald.

Edit: Changed my mind again and put myself back in the inactive list for that subforum. (I'm fine with the other two herald positions I currently hold.)

(I… am honestly confused regarding the Visual Novels section, since I've seen some games in the Visual Novel namespace having threads in the Video Games section. But that's an entirely different topic, right?)

Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.

I noticed that the herald message from ~Graf von Tirol for the It Just Awes Me! forum had the "[[troper]]" placeholder markup (which is replaced with the recipient's username) mistyped as "[[Troper]]", and since that markup is case-sensitive, it wasn't working properly. I fixed it just now.
