And meanwhile, I think I know what Ayumi is gonna do next: Play Fero's own game.

You're the one who knows what's going on...Maybe just a summary that we keep updated when major things happen?

I got myself lost a little, but I found my notes!

Okay...Ayumi thinks she is manipulating Karasu, but she really loves him. She thinks she is manipulating Akira, but he is secretly manipulating her into thinking that. Akira, Ayumi and Karasu have bought the loyalties of some Suiseiken members, meaning they have ready muscle, but Ayumi and Karasu do not know Akira is allied with Kagetaro and Monsieur Enterre, who is being used to spy on the others. Karasu and Akira are basically racing to use Damien, Yuki, and Fenton. Fero is somewhat an anomaly in the plans, but he is slowly being written into more plans. These are not all the schemers, but these are the ones who are able to be viewed right now.

Also, what about Rhyme? She still just an anomaly?

The goal is to bring Fenton and Yuki together, and in doing so, be able to not just fix the problems slowly being presented by other people outside the school, but also get rid of Ayumi's "mistakes" and then proceed with a plan that would give everyone in the world superpowers.

Got it. Thanks. Now it's Rhyme's job to protect everyone. Mostly. xD

Do you have any guesses as to who the unlikely schemers are?

Fero's place in all of this is complicated.

Those people assume he is doing something completely different from what he is actually doing.

...Yuki could not have helped Ayumi more if she wanted to.

Huh? Well, I guess Yuki's just good at the whole inadvertantly helping others thing.

And, I guess so. I suppose if she does not participate in the beauty contest, Ayumi wins and is free to impose any request she wants on Fero. Including the obvious request.

Just to show what kind of powers some of my characters have, just as a sort of reference.

Ayumi: Physical God

Karasu: His power is basically controlling the creation of, type of, and directionality of cancer cells, to the extent that, indeed, like Alex, he has a "virulent body." Karasu's cells have mutated so far, it is unclear what it would take to kill him.

Akira: "The Manipulation of Causality."

Dex: Deflector Shields, in a way.

Shirako: Iaijutsu, aided by Razor Wind and a Magical Sword called Kurotsuchi.

I think another power she has by now would be incredible creepiness.

Upping the ante for Rhyme's powers a bit—her powers as listed in sign up make her severely outclassed.

Rhyme: teleportation, levitation (self and others, with sufficent control that she can stop something hurled at her), manipulation of nearby objects (can break things she would be able to break with her own physical abilities)

Would anyone suppose that fight has been three minutes long?

Because if not, the Tastos might eventually do something drastic and dangerous.

Hmmm...it might have been three minutes since Shirako approached Yuki. I don't know about three since Fero got there, though...if it'd make life easier, then should we just say three minutes passed? xD

Preferably. The only other way for Fero to wake up would be if his life was about to be snuffed out, so it's simpler this way.

Funny how before, three minutes was long enough for an entire creepy, slightly domestic abuse flavored conversation plus dramatic running, and now its just a quick fight.

Time flies when you're being assaulted by a Yandere.

Three minutes have passed, now.

So, when Fero wakes up, is he gonna talk about what happened to him in Hayate's Garden?

It seems there are quite a lot of murderous Yanderes at this school.

But even the most ardent Yaoi Fangirl would probably be squicked by what happened with Hayate.

And going by all this, we should update the Tropes Page.

He probably sort of would mention it

but i'm not sure now is exactly the best time, what with the before-mentioned murderous Yandere on a rampage in the hallway,blatantly breaking at least four school rules and endangering at least two students Fero happens to care about who also happen to be female.

But after that (and possibly another, less painful recovery period) i'm sure the people still alive will have a nice chat.
