We might start seeing more than one game every two years. With the amount of time we've been waiting since Cyber Sleuth the next Story game has probably been through as much churn as Survive.

Think we'll get the next Digimon game before or after Kingdom Hearts IV?

Tlalocmon and Callismon have been added to the Reference Book.

Callismon's had a slight recolor since appearing in the old card game.

A picture of it was shown last year.

It's so weird, I feel like I've seen Tlalocmon before but can't remember where.

My Digimon partner would be BlackGatomon, which digivolves into LadyDevimon.

Callismon is noted to be a mutation, even if the profile doesn't mention Arcadimon's name.

Well, that Liberator manga seems like a logical thing, beyond that, I hope to hear something about the next game. Anything beyond that, dunno.

I think Toei will reveal the Ghost Game dub.

I just hope we get a new anime soon. It's been almost a year since Ghost Game ended and I'm ready for another anime. I know we got the 02 movie a few months back but that's not the same as a weekly anime.

Bamco put up an outline, it's Liberator and survey for the card game, 25th anniversary discussion for anime and toys, survey results and piano performance for video games, and some kind of Seekers announcement.

A Ghost Game movie would be cool, to wrap up the hanging plot threads it had.

A few minutes late, but Digimon Con has started:

This year's announcements:

• They're working on a new Digimon Story game, but aren't ready to announce anything specific yet.
• Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning is being released in Japan in late May. No word on releases in other regions yet.
• There's a 25th anniversary Digivice toy for the original Adventure series. Not really a lot new about it beyond having voice clips.
• The Seekers epilogue is being posted once Digimon Con ends.
• They showed a new trailer for Digimon Liberator, which starts on April 25th.
  • We also got new character names: Zenith and Owen Dreadnought.
  • Liberator is also going to have a webnovel following a girl named Yuuki and her partner Impmon, which might not evolve into Beelzemon.
  • The webmanga will be designed vertically to scroll on a phone screen.
  • We got to see more of the evo lines for Pteromon and Shoemon. Reference Book entries dropped at 1 AM eastern time/10 PM pacific.
    • Pteromon's Fresh form (not shown during Digimon Con) is Yolkmon, which looks like an egg yolk with half a shell.
    • Pteromon's In-Training form is Fluffymon and looks kind of like a Waddling Head version of Pteromon.
    • Pteromon's Ultimate is GrandGalemon, a Galemon-themed knight.
    • Pteromon's Mega is Zephagamon, another armored humanoid with Ptromon's color scheme.
    • Shoemon's Ultimate is based on Little Red Riding Hood and named Chaperomon.
    • Shoemon's Mega is Cendrillmon, a fanservicey Cinderella-themed Digimon with glass stockings instead of slippers.
• Digimon Dreamers will be removed from the Digimon website in early April.
• A new Digimon named Yilanmon or Earangmon (the trailer and subtitles were inconsistent) was announced for Digimon New Century. No Reference Book entry yet and I doubt there will be one for a while.

Small correction. Dreamers is leaving the website on April 3rd. The manga was already on the website, even in English. This is due to the second volume releasing in Japan on April 4th.

Anyway, no surprise nothing huge such as a new anime or a game were announced at Digimon Con. Those types of announcements are usually revealed at events like Digi-Fes. The big reveals for me were the new Liberator content, Paildramon being the next Figure-rise Amplified model kit, the novel contest that will begin soon, and new manga series that are being released in Japanese and English at the same time on the Digimon website beginning this summer. I also wasn't expecting Shoemon's mega being Cinderalla.

Digi-con: man I am disappointed that no new game has yet to be announced.

I was hoping for a new anime myself.

And new Vortex Knights. Cool.

I didnt know the movie was not released in Japan before everywhere else.

I thought it was already out.

I think it's only been shown in theaters thus far.

Quick question: were the results of the game survey revealed at the event? I haven't been able to find info on it and am really curious to see what the popular answers were.

The bit about The Beginning is that the movie is coming out to Blu-ray soon in Japan. It already hit theatres there last year.

If I remember right, they only read favorite scenes from Cybersleuth, Survive, and Next Order. There was a top 10 favorite Digimon list, which was :

The Shoemon evos should've been Glovemon and GloveGlovemon.
