Eh, if they were really dedicated to the whole "Reverse" aspect in the first place, Reverse Flash would be a fat, slow old lady. As for the new one, I like the black better than the yellow, just aesthetically.
The very best, like no one ever was. Check out my Spider-Man fanfic here! [1]Though if I didn't know he was Reverse Flash I would have thought he was New 52s version of Black Flash.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureBut because he is not yellow he should not be called Reverse Flash. Still in terms of personality and scope he feels like a major step down from the two Zooms.

You look happy, I can change that if you want.I think he fits Reverse-flash name a little better. But I love dickish Eobard much more than the new one.
Came to revive this page!
Alright, I've been meaning to give The Flash page a complete overhaul due to Rebirth revelations, is anyone here interested in helping me out? For example it would be the best to Separate New 52 Jay Garrick from the old one once again, since Earth 2 Jay is obviously not the original one anymore thanks to Rebirth.
I'd have to brush up on some of the more recent comics first, I've been doing some minor editing myself, trying to split the information on the two Wallys.
Thanks! By the way I would recommend you changing Wally Jr's picture; he uses the old Kid Flash suit in Rebirth. ( i don't think he ever used silver one besides that future's end issue)
Barry Allen has rebooted and altered the continuity so many times I'm surprised they haven't made it a plot point
Once. He did it once.
and it wasn't totally his fault. well flashpoint itself was, but new 52 wasn't.
DC has many flashes lol, while marvel has only 1 *Quick Silver. It is unfair
Free Japanese Manga RawIt seems that when it comes to Silver Age artists, Carmine Infantino was the most influential one at DC, especially his work on the Flash. I've seen his work on Showcase #4. It's much more dynamic than anything in the Superman books at the time.

Random question, but it's just something that popped into my head: was there ever an explanation for why The Top couldn't die?
I mean, he did eventually die permanently (or at least, go through a stint where writers weren't inclined to resurrect him), but he was essentially Voldemort for a while there. He'd get killed, wander the Earth as a spirit and possess someone else, rinse repeat.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Spinning at superspeed shifted the Top's braincells in unusual ways, giving him immense psychic powers. As a result, when he physically died, his mind was able to survive the cessation of his fleshy brain. I Am Not Making This Up Disclaimer.

It's kind of dissapointing that Flash's secret idendity reveal to Iris, only for her to reveal that she had known for quite some time since Barry talks in his sleep, was seen in just the last two panels of an issue.

Reading the Rebirth run
Barry x Meena needed atleast another 2 issues before Godspeed "Killed" Her, I liked Meena and find her sudden Heel turn upon Her return as being poorly emotional plotted or as as presented it comes off as an obvious plot device to get the Negative force out of Barry..plus it doesn't make sense with the tease of her being alive earlier at the end of the godspeed arc.
Barry Allen is the fastest man alive with the way he goes through love interests *HEEYOOOO*
August being Godspeed was too flipping obvious though that suit is Awesome
... I don't know If I'm still bitter about BN Flash or what but can we please have Cold knocked down a peg... he is reaching insufferable levels of better then you.
He's still bitter about his last name being a Portmanteau of sneezing while you fart.
...
Gawd
Dammit
Barry
This has to be deliberate there is no way anyone would write a character this way without the intent of you not liking him
Que paso?
Grodd a huge psrt of it hes prpbsbly subtlely fucking with barrys mind to get him to do that.
Flash war seems big though based on the solicit of wally remembering something he forgot he lost and it makes him want to break the speed force
I recently read some Mark Waid issues about Abra Kadabra manipulating things to put Wally on trial and wreck his life. It had a really neat climax and the story was interesting but I wasn't too fond of the art near the end.
EDIT: Also Zero Hour inadvertently saved Wally from a laser trap XD

The Protomen enhanced my life.Flashpoint establishes that Barry Allen will remember the prior timeline, however will eventually forget it over time and his memories will be replaced by the current timeline(which is why he doesn't remember the Old 52). Post-Crisis, his life ended Pre-Crisis. Does that mean that he would've had memories of the Pre-Crisis continuity for a brief time?
Also Barry Allen wasn't alive when the Crisis happened, and came back afterwards. He ended up becoming part of the Speed Force, which has some sort of transcendent state beyond normal time and space. Does this mean that Post-Crisis Barry Allen was initially Earth One Barry Allen when he emerged?
@Jinbo 71 I don't give a shit about him. Thawne and Zolomon are better. He does not even fit the theme of Reverse Flash because he is not Reversed like Thawne and Zolomon were.
