And while I was thinking that too, Brycen is pathetically easy, and Misty would be using her HGSS rematch team (which makes her the tenth Gym Leader).

Riley is an NPC, while Drake is an Elite Four member. He surpasses him in terms of rank, therefor he wins.

I'm discounting my opinion on this one, since I don't like the Hoenn E4 very much, and Riley is my favourite Stat Trainer (which I put between Gym Leader and E4 in terms of rank, by the way).

If there's no opposition to Erika beating Lenora, I'll do that now.

Riley's Pokemon are also higher leveled.

I'm wondering if Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass is enough to get James and Johanna through their matches. And Rowan and Eagun are Retired Badasses, so they're powerful, enough to make an even match of their battles.

Wasn't James actually a good trainer in the anime? When he doesn't try to cheat?

It would be cool to see him win.

I say Whitney would win against Ursula, just because of that damned Miltank.

Marley and Phoebe look really cool. I'm biased towards them.

Also, Marley would totally own a Gothitelle.

Tagg, I would bet that all of Ursula's Pokemon are female, getting her around attract. And Whitney's rematch Miltank doesn't have Rollout anymore. Plus, Ursula is a Rival, which outranks Gym Leader. Again, I didn't want to decide this one unilaterally, but I vote Ursula.

Yeah, Whitney isn't as strong as a lot of people make her out to be after they're not new to the game anymore. My first battle against her went fairly easily, actually. Or, it sucked a lot and my brain won't let me remember how much it stunk.

Whitney's tough because of a one-two punch of Attract (and since you'll likely be using your starter a lot still at this point, that is likely to work) and Rollout, which gets more powerful when it's used consecutively. Take away Rollout, and throw an all-female team at her and she's screwed.

Lol, I beat her with a Geodude. He wasn't immobilized once. I was laughing so hard.

So yeah, I vote Ursula.

At the same time, Ice Beam&Thunderbolt/Charge Beam Lickilicki and Bibarel and Blizzard/Thunder Clefable would counter Gabite and Vaporeon. Bibarel would also have an advantage against Flareon. Jigglypuff and the Plusle/Minun duo would be the only ones not covered.

I suppose it would be close then.

Woah woah woah, one of them has a Gabite? Gabite's sure to have evolved by now. Whoever has the Garchomp will most likely win.
