The general reference photo scavenging thread

For when typing "holding sword" into google image search just isn't working for you.

If you're looking for a picture of a certain pose for reference purposes, just ask here and someone may find one for you.

• I'm looking for a picture of someone with his arm at his side, holding outward a sword or similar object. The picture is from the rear. I'm most concerned about is the hand holding the blade. Basically the pose of her sword arm, but from the rear.◊

That looks more like general references and tutorials. Not what I'm going for.

I'm imagining the kind of thread where if you're looking for a specific pose from a specific angle, you can describe it here and people can find you appropriate photos for you.

Hmm. This Deviant ART gallery has some back shots involving swords, but none exactly like you describe. Perhaps it will be useful anyway?

I'm looking for a simple reference photo of a woman on one knee, with the knee that's up at more-or-less a right angle. Anyone seen one like that?

From 3/4 rear◊.

Why didn't I think to search for 'genuflecting'? That's the exact pose I was looking for.

But I think I might just try messing around with the timer on my camera and use myself. Thanks a lot, though.

Does anyone have footage of a person walking away from the camera so you see them dead-on, full body, from behind as they walk?

I am still loking for eyes! :)
