I have heard alot about How I should use it to imporve my drawings, but Could anybody tell me exactly, what gesture drawing is? and how to do it? for learning?

It's better to learn it in an art class, but it's basically drawing the form of what you see without concern for detail, because detail is not what you're looking for, you're looking for form.

This is a pretty good example. Each individual sketch was probably put down in a minute or less. Notice that there is very little detail, but the artist puts emphasis on the curvature of the torso and thighs, because those are the most important details of the form. Despite not being very embellished, the drawing still has weight—the body appears to be heavy, like it should.

I highly recommend you practice gesture drawings by drawing something live—in person. Get somebody to do some basic standing poses, and just throw it down on the paper.
