'Cause I draw a lot of pictures.

For starters, here's something that I drew today.

And the complete drawings from whence some of my avatars come:

I love your painstaking use of shading and the interesting poses. If you have any colored pieces, I'd really like to see!

Thanks a million.

I love shading to all hell. It's a timeconsuming process, but oh so fun and satisfying. Notice that in my pictures, men's hips and thighs seem to get the most shading. Parker's a good example. (Come to think of it, Jack's a good example too, and the name for that file is even jackclivethighs.jpg.)

While I do have colored pictures, they are pretty rare. Here's one in color, it's at least a year or two old. (mild nudity?)

Also, a comic strip on my inability to focus on anything. (By "my arithmetic circuit is jammed", I mean that even though I'm good at more complex math, for some reason my brain sometimes shuts down when trying to work out basic four-functions even on paper, and for a minute I can't remember what 8 x 4 is. I have no idea why.)

I like your style—your faces, especially. They remind me a little bit of the style used in Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis (the film), especially the detail in the eyes. Guys' eyes have as much detail as girls', notably.

Your Jack Clive manages to be both well-drawn and attractive. tongue

Thanks. I like my faces too. They're the most important part of the picture for me, since if the emotion does not look right, the entire picture is crap to me (except for maybe any plump guy-thighs I also happen to draw).

That's interesting that you like the detail in my eyes, since I don't really think my eyes are that detailed. A long time ago I used to draw anime since that was where I started, but now the style of my eyes are based on how they actually appear.

And yeah, it pisses me off to no end when girls have these really big, detailed eyes and guys just have little pupils, it's even worse than that thing many western comics have where all the men are ridiculously buffed and all the women are really tiny.

Thanks, I'm really proud of Jack Clive. He's practically my Fetish Fuel Station Attendant.
