In fact, we should probably get rid of the ones where it's talking about racism too, since it's a YMMV trope.
Currently taking a break from the site. See my user page for more information.Isn't this more of a TRS topic?
Regulated fun - the best kind! I don't make the rules, just enforce them with an iron fist. No, because we're not fixing a specific article. This is about removing bad potholes from the wiki in general.
My advice would be to point it at the proper trope.
Fight smart, not fair. From what I can see, it has been determined. Quoting from What Goes Where On The Wiki:
YMMV (or Subjective Tropes)
...- May not be listed or Pot Holed in main pages or character sheets (many have objective counterparts/relatives which can be used instead)
I think a campaign to reduce these potholes would be a good idea. They are frequently used to sneak a bit of editorializing in.

I disagree with Silver that when a trope page correctly links/potholes to Unfortunate Implications it automatically needs to be removed. I don't see anything saying subjectives aren't supposed to be in trope pages, only trope lists on works pages and character sheets.

The child is father to the man —OedipusSubjectives should not be in works examples on trope pages. They can go in the description, of course, if they are related to the topic of the trope.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Did you read the second point in the "Exceptions" section?

I've noticed it comes up a lot that people pothole Unfortunate Implications (which is supposed to be for racism, sexism, etc.) when they really mean Fridge Horror or Accidental Innuendo.
It'd be a good idea to get rid of these, yes?
