More or less. I can see a few tweaks I'd like to make:
- The "As a good title follows the guidelines 'Clear, concise, witty' with clarity being the most important, so too do images" doesn't flow for me; the syntax is a bit awkward. I'd prefer "Just like a good title, a good page image is..."
- Still needs a note about official promotional artwork. And since cast pictures are often official art, that should be folded in somehow.
- One of the bullets in the "Tropes" section talks about speech bubbles and points to Motion Blur, whose image has no speech bubbles.

Motion Blur is a problem, I can look at it though.
For some reason, Motion Blur and Wall of Text were referenced as examples, rather than Motion Blur being a reason that comics are more common.
