First one. It's very subtle, but they others are more noticeably missing face parts.

Of the first three avatars, which one looks the nicest?
Reason I'm asking: I took another picture, cropped and resized it down, and found that the nose and mouth don't look very apparent. So I tried editing them in GIMP. First picture has both edits; second has only the mouth edit. Third is cropped and resized using Cubic resizing IIRC.
