Though few people actually get to see his face. It's kind of odd, but I'm starting to think that no one besides a few partially related people actually believed Kyousuke was really Maou. Horibe did, but you have to remember that Kyouhei deliberately called himself "Asai" and Horibe isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.
Also, we should try to make more G Senjou fans. Right now it's just us Three Cool Cats, and that's a little sad.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Eh, Usami suspected it was him and Gonzou wanted her to keep an eye on him. Yuki knew all along, Tsubaki... didn't seem to care and on one else was really involved.
And yeah, it's kind of funny, but no one I talk to has played or seems to have any intention of playing either this or Sharin No Kuni. Kind of weird since it's not like they're, I don't know, Canvas2 or something.
I'm actually starting Sharin No Kuni right now.
Oh? It's quite good. None of the heroines really match up to Usami, but Kenichi himself is quite interesting. A few pacing problems, but still one of the top two or three VNs I've read.
I would play Sharin, but I don't have Japanese support in my computer, nor I can install it.
Windows 7, Vista and XP all have ways of getting onto a Japanese locale. Is there something special about your computer that doesn't let you use the various options like applocale or changing your system locale manually?

Second hand computer, so no instalation CD (previous owner probably lost it). No instalation CD, no Japanese in XP.
Hm, I'd have assumed you could download stuff off the internet to fix most of that. Ah well, too bad.
I tried, but I couldn't find it. And my google skills aren't all that bad.

I installed the East Asian Language files without the CD, so it can be done.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Did the same. Thank you so much. Is it okay always being in Japanese locale?
I'm running a Japanese locale right now since I just played Sekien no Inganock. I'm usually on a Japanese locale anyway since all it does is make one or two windows applications display Japanese text (most of them are still English) and make my IRC look a little different.
Got it! MSN doesn't run. Oh, well. Maybe trillian does. There's only a way to find out.
^^ Exactly the same.
Yeah, I find switching into Japanese is good if I'm on a VN stretch, but if I'm doing a lot of other gaming or if I'm installing something, then I always turn it back to English, since I've messed up a few programs by installing them while my computer was set to Japan.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes. Is it just me, or is Usami something like a genderswapped L?
Pretty much, yeah, except more "Revenge!" than "Justice!"
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Comparison actually fits. She's not totally socially inept though. Just weird (aka cool).
Actually, she is pretty socially inept. She doesn't know what to do in social situations and her only real friend is Yuki. And Yuki is... unique.
True, but L openly states that he has no friends (other than Light who he actually despises according to word of god)
And Usami openly states that she's had no real friends apart from Yuki. And after the story has progressed a little Tsubaki, but that's Tsubaki. The impossibly friendly one.
But she obviously knows enough to get a romance going (awkwardly). L would never be able to be in one, despite what the fangirls say.
Eh... her attempts at Kyousuke only succeed through sheer dumb luck and the fact that she knew him as a kid. Her attempts at appealing to him are hilariously bad. She's kind of supposed to be a complete social failure due to A. the violin thing B. the revenge thing C. the constantly living in different countries thing and D. just being weird to begin with.

Actually even trying to get together with someone is something L would never do. I'd also say L's fashion sense is even worse than Usami's. Same thing every day.
I guess.
