Contact Photobucket administration with proof that the stuff is yours.
For future times, you might have to watermark your stuff :/

How do I deal with art theft? I found a Photobucket album that had some sprites in it that I made and didn't give anyone else permission to use them. I found a way to contact the user and he is claiming he made them.
