With the talk of Kat killing Zimmy and using Omega to do it, it's possible there's some sort of becoming, there? Zimmy's corpse somehow used in the past to build Omega, or her being made into the new/different entity Omega and viewing that change as death. That probably isn't it, though.

Still I don't think it's a coincidence that Omega's name is in the same scheme as Zimmy and Gamma's, known reality warpers, as Greek letters.

A theory I have (and which I mentioned on one of the Discord servers I frequent) is that the Court did something with the ether that they really, really shouldn't have, and that 1) the characters with Greek letter names were the result of that process 2) the Court wants to leave so bad because they know they created a monster and have decided they can't control it any longer (if they ever could).

The implication seems to be that Zimmy is part of a series of some kind. Clones, possibly?

I’d say there’s one for every Greek letter, but Gamma’s eyes don’t look like that.

The gentleman has visibly aged though she hasn't I've noticed.

He has? I thought that was just a change in lighting. And wouldn't she have been talking and seeing if it has been years since he had moved her?

It feels like on the last page the lighting was done just so to make him kinda look like Anthony Carver, so I'd bet my money on no appreciable timeskip, too.
