Why yes, I'm the founder, owner, and sole employee of DragonSoft, and it's been that way as far back as late 1997. Life, work, and my substandard programming skills interfered with releasing worthy projects, but things seem to be picking up lately.
As of April 2014, not only the first english Game Mod for Romance Of The Three Kingdoms II has been created by yours truly, but the second one as well.
