• Mario Zucchini in Animal Crackers (2017) combines this with Spell My Name with a "The" and Narrating the Present.
• An early draft of Atlantis: The Lost Empire was going to have a comic-relief wizard character named Zoltan who for some reason always spoke in third-person.
• Gaston of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Played with in the House of Mouse cartoon.
• Gurgi of Disney's The Black Cauldron.
• Dim from A Bug's Life.
• In the German dub of Hercules, the title character refers to himself in third-person multiple times during "Go the Distance", his "I Want" Song.
• Clopin in Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame does so during the opening song, though this is likely because nobody else says his name for the entire rest of the film.
• Petrie from The Land Before Time.
• Stitch of Disney's Lilo & Stitch, although he did it just twice in the first film, before it was Flanderized in later works. Otherwise, he does use proper first-person at times. This trope is mostly averted in the English dub of the Stitch! anime, however.
• Rafiki from The Lion King (1994); this is one of his many eccentricities.
• The Foosas from Madagascar.
• The titular character of Ponyo speaks in the third person.
• In Turning Red, Mei does this to give herself a pep talk after transforming back to human for the first time.
