Sister sits on one end of a seesaw holding streamers as Brother launches her into the air by jumping on the other end.note One of the train cars featured in the promotion was of Brother and Sister on a seesaw.
Lily and Dunkin: When Dare and Lily were in preschool, they used to pretend their teacher was Mama Bear, Dare was Brother Bear, Lily was Sister Bear, and Papa Bear was off to work.

In his 2016 Halloween special, The Angry Video Game Nerd reviewed various Berenstain Bears video games for the Game Boy Color, Atari 2600, and Sega Genesis. For half of the video, the Nerd is under the impression that they're called "Berenstein Bears" and is in for a rude awakening when he realizes he's been subject to the Mandela Effect.
American Dad!: In "The Vacation Goo", Steve is in a goo fantasy and states that, while he likes the Berenstain Bears, he wouldn't want one marrying his daughter.
Family Guy: In "Pawtucket Pat", Brian and Stewie uncover a bombshell revelation about Pawtucket Pat, leading Brian to compare themselves to Woodward and Berenstain. In the ensuing cutaway, Papa Bear, acting as Deep Throat, tells Robert Woodward to "follow the honey".
Inside Job (2021): The show runs on the premise of conspiracy theories being real, and the episode "Project Reboot" references various well-known instances of the Mandela Effect, including the belief that the books used to spell the name as "Berenstein". For some reason, in addition to the different spelling of the name, the books also depict the bear family as nudists, complete with uncensored genitalia.

In "White Christmas Blues", Bart burns a copy of Treasure Island that Lisa thoughtlessly gave him, mentioning he got the idea from the book The Berry-Stained Bears Make S'mores.
