Dragon Ball Z Abridged has spawned a huge amount of these, even by the standards of an Abridged Series. Look on just about any Dragon Ball forum (or the subreddit, for that matter) and you will see people quoting the series in just about every thread. Of course, it helps that the source material is itself a popular source for memes.

Considering the popularity of the characters he voices, it seems almost inevitable that Taka's characters become
GOLD MINES for memes.
Nappa:
- Ghost Nappa. Explanation At the end of the first season, Nappa appears out of nowhere as a ghost and begins to haunt Vegeta.
- I am hilarious and you will quote everything I say. Explanation Dragon Ball Z Kai Abridged's lampshading of Nappa's Fountain of Memes status became a meme in itself. Go figure. This has also bled into other popular characters (most of them voiced by Taka) including Super Kami Guru, Android 16, Perfect Cell.
- "Vegeta... I can fly!" Explanation One of Nappa's more memorable lines.
- "Don't. Shake. The baby!" Explanation Nappa telling Vegeta not to shake Trunks, complete with unnerving Synchro-Vox
Gurunote Sorry, Super Kami Guru:
- NAIL!!! Explanation Whenever Guru needs Nail, he'll yell this out.
- Super Kami Guru allows this. Explanation Guru's personality in the Abridged series is a bit out-there, to say the least.
- Every party needs a pooper, that's why they invited you... Explanation Guru sings this song to Dende when Dende complains about losing his family.

- Hey. Explanation Whenever he saw Gohan in DBZ Kai Abridged, he had this reaction due to being in love with him. Does so again in the actual Abridged series when Goku first takes him to Earth.
- Little Green Explanation What Krillin refers to Dende as, much to his exasperation.
- Dende is our White Mage Explanation Dende's healing abilities have him labeling himself as the white mage of the group.

- Stop it! Explanation This is everyone's reaction to when his imperfect form said something dirty. Especially with how creepy they get.
- Cellucard. Explanation Thanks to sounding progressively more like Alucard, some have taken to calling him this. Especially since his Perfect Cell voice IS Alucard for all intents and purposes.
- I'M GONNA TURN TRIANGLES INTO F-ING SQUARES! Explanation Semi-Perfect Cell recounting how Tien stopped him from absorbing 18 through a multi-shot Kikoho. Which, despite being fired from a triangle hand formation, somehow created a square-shaped crater in the ground.
- P.E.R.F.E.C.T. Explanation Cell's song after achieving his Perfect form has inspired people to make villain songs for different series using an acronym with the badguy's name.
- "You're either perfect, or you're not me."note Cell's Ironic Echo of Vegeta's Badass Boast
- And wait for Goku. Explanation Cell's brutal Breaking Speech toward Vegeta after utterly wrecking his shit sums up what DBZ had turned into.
- Multiverse theory's a bitch. Explanation Referencing the fact that Dragon Ball time travel utilises Alternate Timelines, meaning changes made in the past don't affect the future. It even becomes a badass Ironic Echo used by Trunks against Cell in the epilogue.
- #CellGames Explanation How Cell introduces the world to his tournament. In twitter, this ended up trending in real life.

- Mr. Popo's Nightmare Face featuring a black screen with only his eyes and mouth.
- Mr. Popo's status as a Memetic Badass, with many fans claiming him to be the strongest character in existence (yes, even stronger than Zeno.)
- Pecking Order! Explanation Mr. Popo's Establishing Character Moment has him explaining the pecking order, which goes "you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo."
- I'll tell you where they're not: Safe. Explanation Another Popo quote, as he's torturing the human fighters.

Vegeta
- GODDAMMIT NAPPA! Explanation Vegeta's Catchphrase used to express frustration over Nappa
- Kaïo-what!? Explanation Every time Goku uses the Kaïoken, this is the response. While it originated and was most frequently said by Vegeta, it soon became a Phrase Catcher of sorts that multiple characters have used.
- Thwartin' mah plans? Explanation Vegeta says this to Gohan (twice) and to Future Trunks, in the vein of "What are you doing?" "What am I doing?" "Thwartin' mah plans?" "Thwarting your plans?" "Are you?"
- "You're not dealing with the average Saiyan warrior anymore!" Explanation Vegeta says this three times against Freeza; once against his first form, again against his final form, and a third time before dying. The first two are him claiming to be a Super Saiyan while the third has him claim Goku is a Super Saiyan. It is later used by Hatchiyack/Santa Claus ("You're not dealing with the average Father Christmas anymore") and Paragus (using Vegeta's own line against him) in the two movies and has become a joke within the fanbase, usually to note that a character has become stronger than before or stronger than others associated with them.
- Power levels are bullshit! Explanation Vegeta comes to this realization when Piccolo is fighting Freeza. This one has spread into the canon Dragon Ball fandom.
- Pure... unadulterated... badass.Explanation People using this line to respond to questions on if Vegeta has a pure heart.
- Renegade for life. Explanation When Vegeta killed Burter and Recoome after Goku had beaten them, there was a prompt on screen for the Mass Effect 2 mechanic of a renegade option to attack mid-conversation. Goku chides him for not being Paragon, to which Vegeta responds with the line. "Renegade for Life" would continue on in merch and as the title for Vegeta's Let's Play series.
- I AM THE HYPE!
- KILL HIM! Explanation When Mr. Satan stole the above catchphrase he yells this to Cell for Mr. Satan's fate.
- "Vegeta, no!"Explanation Other character's response to Vegeta's actions whenever those actions could prove detrimental
- "VEGETA, YES!"Explanation Vegeta's response to aforementioned calls for restraint, proceeding as intended
- Bitch, I'm adorable.note Vegeta is snarking on Semi-Perfect Cell almost as hard as he's punching him. Cell asks if Vegeta thinks he's being cute. This is line Vegeta's response. It's later echoed by Future Trunks to Future Cell. And in side material, it becomes Vegeta's signature phrase, especially since Mr. Satan stole the "I am the hype" catchphrase from him.
- Never in my life have I ever needed something so much and never known until I received it.Explanation Vegeta's line from the Broly movie where after he gets called "King Vegeta", used by fans for pretty much anything new and unexpected that comes along

- Are you a Yoshi? Explanation Goku asks Piccolo if he's a Yoshi, on the basis of him being green and hatching from a egg.
- DODGE! Explanation Piccolo's training of Gohan basically consists of him kicking the shit out of Gohan and yelling at him "DOOODGE!" And Gohan's failure to dodge attacks becomes a running gag.
- It means God, now bow.Explanation Piccolo's Badass Boast to 17 when the later asked what a "Kami" was.
- Piccolo is Gohan's real dad.Explanation Fans note that Piccolo is more of a parent to Gohan than his actual parents
Krillin
- Krillin Owned CountExplanation One of the most prominent Running Gags which keeps track of every time Krillin gets hurt
- Hey it's the KOC!Explanation During the breakdown of episode 47, Kaiserneko refers to the Krillin Owned Count as this
- Since having sex with 18 caused the Krillin Owned Count to go down to zero, jokes about 18 destroying Krillin's KOC abound.
- Quack! Explanation Krillin hides himself by pretending to be a "Space Duck"

- Chiaotzu is a Pokémon. Explanation When Nappa meets Chaiotzu, he mistakes him for a Pokémon and tries to catch him.

- Senzu Bean!Explanation The Running Gag of Krillin throwing Senzu Beans at everyone
- "Gonna need a Senzu Bean for that one."Explanation Roshi's response to the epic verbal burn Krillin delivered to Yamcha, pointing out that while they might both be losers who got dumped by their girlfriends, at least Krillin hadn't been mooching off said girlfriend's money like Yamcha.

- Hetap. Come on, you've killed for less.Explanation The commercial for the Hetap soft drink shows off their commitment to Refuge in Audacity.

- Hetap in general. Whenever the drink company shows up they are advertising their product in an unethical way. People have began to act like it's an integral and memorable part of the Dragon Ball franchise. note While it's not a Team Four Star creation its appears in a grand total of one scene in the anime and two panels of the manga, where its name is revealed to be actually "Jetap". The J is obscured enough in the first shot to make it look like an H.
- Princess Trunks!Explanation The Embarrassing Nickname that Vegeta and Paragus plant onto Trunks in the above mentioned film due to his long hair.
- Careful Cell, your Vegeta is showing.Explanation Gohan taunting Cell by simultaneously roasting Vegeta.
