- Thanks to Dustloop and GameFAQs, there is a picture circling the internet of Rachel confined to a wheelchair looking at a tombstone for George XIII because of her (Continuum Shift 1) nerfs. This was followed soon after with pictures of her asking why God hates her, and God turns out to be Terumi, who calls her a dumbass. Needless to say, it's now common knowledge that Rachel is a cripple in her CS1 state.
- "REAL SOVIET DAMAGE!" ExplanationMikeZ's Large Ham narration in the Iron Tager strategy video that shipped with BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger.

- INFERNODIVIDERINFERNODIVIDERINFERNODIVIDER! ExplanationRagna combines Calling Your Attacks with Large Ham.
- Ragna's Jesus Kick ExplanationRagna's 5B (Standing B) attack is rather infamous among players for being very fast, having a lot of active frames, and usually leading to a high damaging combo from him. Became an Ascended Meme in Continuum Shift when Hazama complains about it in his "Help Me, Professor Kokonoe!" segment if you lose to Ragna in his Story Mode.
- THUH NAYUM EZ HAW KOO MAYUN ExplanationComes from the BlazBlue in L.A. Vocal Edition album, which featured vocal remixes of the character themes in Calamity Trigger. Hakumen's theme, "SUSANOOH", had really bad and incredibly cheesy English lyrics layered on top of it.
- "Some people think they can outsmart me. Maybe. I have yet to meet man who can outsmart Bullet." ExplanationA pun on a quote from Meet the Heavy regarding Chronophantasma newcomer Bullet.

- Body the Loli/Reaper/Kitty/Robot/Imposter/Witch/etc. And as of Saya/Izanami's entrance in Central Fiction: BODY THE DEATH LOLI!
- LIKE A BOOOOOOOOOOSS, ON YOUR BUUUUUUUUUUTT... Explanation"Childish killer", the new theme of Jin vs. Tsubaki in Continuum Shift Extend, is laden with Engrish. As such, fans love to make memes of it.
- ADVANCING ON YOUR POSITIONExplanationFunimation's translation of Alter Memory is notable for not using the game localization at all. This is a literal translation of the end of Hakumen's White Void speech, replacing "THE END HAS COME".
- Ice Brick◊ ExplanationDustloop and GameFAQs have been having a field day with the QUALITY animation in the new BlazBlue anime. The picture linked depicts the anime's version of Jin's Ice Sword special move.
- The animation budget was spent on Noel.◊ ExplanationNoel summoning Bolverk in Episode 2 has surprisingly better animation than much of the rest of the show. It probably doesn't help her reputation as a Creator's Pet.
- Sailor Noel ExplanationThe same scene, set to fitting music.

- UNIT COOKIE DOUGH ExplanationA mishearing of Hakumen's Japanese Overdrive quote, used as a term to denote his Overdrive and how absurdly powerful it is. Even after it was nerfed in Chronophantasma Extend, it is still one of the best Overdrives in the entire game just for the absolutely ridiculous damage potential alone.
- You thought it was (insert highly requested character)... BUT IT WAS I, IZANAMI!ExplanationOne of Izanami's Distortion Drives is a Time Stop. So naturally, the DIO jokes came in full force.

- YO YO HAPPY BIRTHDAY / WHEN YOU DIE, WHERE'S YOUR GOD? Explanation As the lyrics to the song have never been released, these are the most common mishearings people quote in reference to the song.
- #WhensKokonoe ExplanationKokonoe was the most highly requested character to be added as DLC prior to her eventual inclusion in Chronophantasma, for both eastern and western fanbases.
- #WhensJubei ExplanationAfter Kokonoe eventually was added to the roster , the logical next step was to get Jubei added, as he was the 2nd most highly requested character, though mostly in the west. After NINE years of waiting, Jubei was finally announced at EVO 2017.
- BROKENoe Explanation A derivative nickname for Kokonoe after she made her playable debut as DLC in Chronophantasma and players realized just how broken-as-hell she was.
- Ribcage isn't THAT strong. note Saya/Izanami's ribcage move allows her to No-Sell strike attacks and is a significant part of why she's top tier. Some people use this in an attempt to defend themselves when called out, despite everyone knowing it's exactly that strong.
- Just wait for CF Extend. note The timing of the releases between the Japanese and the West for the console version of Central Fiction were more than unfortunate. There were reports by players who just bought CPEX in the West only for CF to be announced in Japan some time later. The Capcom Sequel Stagnation for CS (CS > CSII > CSEX) that started this trend and the fact the CP wasn't even supposed to get an Extend version at first according to Word of God ticked off many fans who felt that they were being scammed into buying multiple copies of the same installment. So when CF was first announced for consoles, many fans said in the comments section of the YouTube announcement video to just wait for CF Extend or a console port to PC, which was often taken as a sign that this was definitely the last game to be released for that particular installment, leading to Mori's statement that there wouldn't be an Extend version for CF to be taken with a grain of salt, effectively crippling sales in the debut period. Suffice to say, this might be one of the reasons why Arc System Works decided No Dub for You upon console release.
- Who's Ragna?ExplanationThe aftermath of Centralfiction has Ragna wakes up the master unit in her dreams, essentially erasing his own existence and all the memories of him on everyone's minds. Needless to say, whenever someone new asks who's Ragna and where he came from, the playerbase jokingly starts being oblivious to Ragna's existence as a sort of Play-Along Meme as if no one really knew who he is.
Unformatted
- The sequence in which Ragna takes down Mu-12 is well on its way.
- Noel and pandas. Especially thanks to her line, "Hands off the Panda!"
- People have taken the "Son, I Am Disappoint"◊ meme and applied it to Relius. And thanks to his English voice actor, he's also often referred as a family man. Possibly an Ascended Meme as of CP, thanks to Relius' Gag Reel.
- People have also taken to calling Relius "Father of the Year" and "World's Greatest Dad". He's anything but.
- Pakumen, the small, weird, definitely-not-Hakumen Hakumen critter that has "ZEA" on his torso for some reason, has received plenty of fanart, and when the first traces of Susano'o surfaced, surely enough, he got a Pakumen version too. Centralfiction has this as the result of using Amane's Astral on Susano'o, resulting in a black Pakumen with "TRM" on it. They even both say "ZEA?" in confusion!
