Chapter 1
- So...the Blaze has been around for 3 months, and apparently all of Meva City hates him, if the incident regarding the Arsenal is anything to go by. Yet, with the Arsenal incident, nobody actually looked into what happened at the arsenal; No recounting of the situation from witness (especially the officers there), not even any footage of the situation. Even when Ray fought off Halberd and Boony when Khali was trying to save passengers, they still blamed Ray for it even though everyone (especially Khali) saw Halberd cut it in half. Why's that? Is there no journalism, investigators, or witnesses in the Meva Province that points out the context? Why was no one asked to recount the scenarios? And is it possible this is what they've been doing for the 3 months that've not been listed?
- What is a District Attorney like Jason Morales doing at the incident, going off like a demagogue about "the Blaze", who at this point the audience has already established as Ray, or getting involved in secret weapon projects? It seems unusual that someone of his position is out there; wouldn't that be more of Oddvar's thing to do since he's the governor?
Chapter 2
- How is it that the S.O.S Agency has been keeping tabs on Ray, but failed to keep tabs on the Port Town Gang and allowed them to not only attack the Meva Arsenal, but kidnap Morales? This raises some serious questions about how they operate as well as their priorities.
Chapter 3
- How is it that now Ray suddenly gets support for fighting Liev and saving the S.O.S agents who were arresting him, but was still blamed for a train getting cut in half and destroyed by Halberd when he was fighting him, especially since they now know he's the Blaze?
- What warranted Summer getting chewed out for Asuka's mishap? True, she disobeyed orders to join Asuka and has had clear mishaps in the past, but it was Asuka who almost got Summer and her own team killed by Liev for leaving Ray with them. Did Asuka not face any sort of backlash as well?
