I Prooped My Pants follows fraternal quadruplets/supermodels Lindsey, Tiffany, Ashley, and Chelsey Zharjek as they pursue romantic relationships with Greg Proops, Jeff B. Davis, Colin Mochrie, and Ryan Stiles, respectively, of Whose Line Is It Anyway? fame.

I Prooped My Pants contains examples of:
- Adaptational Villainy: Lindsey is kidnapped by hide Jennifer Canaga, Greg Proops's wife in real life.
- Artistic License – Medicine: The author seems to be under the impression that doctors work in hospital cafeterias. And that anti-amnesia pills exist.
- Idiot Ball:
- After their mansion burns down, the Zharjeks all take minimum wage jobs at a hotel, even though they are still supermodels.
- No one is immune to the Idiot Ball. For example, when the Mafia kidnaps Tiffany, they let her use her phone as long as she doesn't use it to call the police.
- Insistent Terminology: It's a novel, okay?
- Random Events Plot: Kidnappings, Mafia hits, and medical disasters are a few of the obstacles that pop up to create conflict for the Zharjeks.
- Real-Person Fic: The novel focuses on four of the main actors from Whose Line Is It Anyway?, and their less-famous, real life spouses also make appearances.
