Sarge / Sgt. Crushida Pepper
- Anthropomorphic Food: He's a big sentient onion.
- Big Bad: He's the main antagonist of the first game.
- Demoted to Dragon: He used to be the big bad of his first game. Now he serves as Radley's right hand man in the second game.
- The Dragon: He's Radley Madish's second in command in When Burgers Attack.
- Put on a Bus: Radley fired him by When Sundaes Attack.
- Villain Protagonist: He is a playable character of an unfinished demo
of Sgt. Crushida Pepper which was meant to serve as sequel to Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack set after the events of his debut appearance.

- Anthropomorphic Food: He's a humanoid radish.
- Bait-and-Switch: For his boss fight in Papa Louie 2, he's easily beaten in one hit... then it revealed that he actually can fly and sending a rising wall of spikes after your character before proceed to his actual boss fight.
- Big Bad: He's the main antagonist of When Burgers attack and When Sundaes Attack.
- Flunky Boss: The more you damage him, he will start sending more of his radish minions after you.
- A Lizard Named "Liz": He's a radish named Radley Madish.
- Tactical Suicide Boss: Radley would be literally invincible if it wasn't for him shooting a very specific yellow missile that can be deflected back at him, which makes him vulnerable to your character's attack afterward.

- Anthropomorphic Food: His body is a coconut, his head is a coconut half filled with fruit punch and his arms are gummy worms.
- The Dragon: He's Radley Madish's second in command in When Sundaes Attack.
- Extendable Arms: His gummy arms are able to stretch whenever he's punching his enemies.
- Meaningful Name: His name references both the fact that he's partially made of fruit punch, and the fact that he attacks by punching.

Pizza Monsters, Burgerzillas, & SundaeSauruses
Enemies that are stronger than regular baddies and are required to defeat in order to complete the three games of their respective appearances.- Elite Mooks: Both the Burgerzilla and the SundaeSauruses take a few hits to kill them while most enemies take only a standard attack. The Pizza Monsters on the other hand cannot be killed up close and they have to be defeated either by throwing a pepper bomb or deflecting their cheese projectiles at them.

Neapolitown Locals
A group of five ice cream humanoids that inhabit a settlement called Neapolitown.- Aliens Speaking English: Despite being from a completely different world separate from humans, all five of these strange beings are capable of speaking and writing English.
- Token Good Teammate: They are the only food-themed inhabitants that do not attack the players (aside from jellybacks) and are willing to communicate with the humans if the player interacts with them.
