1	* SugarWiki/AwesomeMoments: The fact that [[IdiotHero Boyfriend]] and [[BrainlessBeauty Girlfriend]] may very well be the first people to go up against [[AxCrazy Flippy]] and ''survive'' their first time meeting him.
2	* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic:
3	** "Flippy Roll", the first song of the mod, isn't more difficult than "Fresh" in the vanilla game, and it offers a nice introduction to the mod itself.
4	** "Happy Tree Land", the second song of the mod, is a more tense song that ramps up the difficulty, and even adds the {{Leitmotif}} of the main theme of ''Happy Tree Friends'', Flippy's home series.
5	** "[=UnFlipped=] Out", the fifth and final song of the mod, is a very calm tune that balances out the fast-paced NintendoHard "Flippin Out". Like "Happy Tree Land", this song also has a {{Leitmotif}} of the ThemeTune of ''Happy Tree Friends''.
6	* BreatherLevel: "[=UnFlipped=] Out" is a calmer song that offsets the [[ThatOneLevel absolutely]] [[NintendoHard grueling]] "Flippin Out".
7	* EnjoyTheStorySkipTheGame: While some fans like the premise of the mod (in part due to hearing about, and being traumatized by, ''Happy Tree Friends'' as [[PeripheryDemographic children]]), the charting has been widely criticized, with "Flippin Out" gaining the dubious honor of being one of the hardest songs in ''FNF'' mod history. This was rectified in the Kade Engine version of the mod, which recharted all five songs.
8	* FandomRivalry: With fans of ''VideoGame/VsFlippyFlippedOut''. Many fans of this mod accused ''Flipped Out'' of being a ripoff. The fact that some fans consider one mod better than the other doesn't help matters, either. Ironically, the dev teams of both mods are actually on good terms with each other.
9	* FridgeBrilliance: Throughout the entire mod until "[=UnFlipped=] Out", the [[ArtifactOfDeath Cursed Idol]] is seen sitting on the speakers with Girlfriend. Unlike [[Recap/HTFTreasureThoseIdolMoments the]] [[Recap/HTFHelloDolly past]] [[Recap/HTFIdolCuriosity instances]] where the Idol appeared in the show, not once did Girlfriend die while it's with her, and the worst thing that happened to her was a slight bruise on her cheek[[note]]Said bruise wasn't caused by the Idol itself, but Flippy.[[/note]]. Girlfriend is canonically a demon like her parents, and though it's not known what the full extent of her powers are, the Idol may not have affected her in any way due to her demonic bloodline.
10	* SugarWiki/FunnyMoments: The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gifo78wNd4k teaser trailer]] for the mod has Boyfriend minding his own business, before Flippy makes his BigEntrance by landing from above, [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness leaving Boyfriend shocked]]. What's his response after Flippy gives him a DeathGlare? [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere Running away]]. Cue IrisOut on the mic Boyfriend dropped as Flippy does his EvilLaugh.
11	* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: Boyfriend forgiving [[EasilyForgiven Flippy]] in the cutscene before "[=UnFlipped=] Out". Granted, he ''did'' hurt Girlfriend before "Flippin Out", but not ''once'' does Boyfriend hold a grudge against him, even agreeing to do one last song with him.
12	* SugarWiki/MostWonderfulSound: Flippy’s singing voice during “[=UnFlipped=] Out” can be very pleasing to hear after hearing his distorted voice in the previous songs.

14	** To say the mod's dialogue is a bit wonky is quite the understatement[[note]]At least... in the old version of the mod[[/note]]. Flippy's dialogue is rife with translation errors, leaving behind some dialogue that just doesn't make sense. These appear to be rectified as of Version 2.1.

18	** At one point during "Flippin Out", you can hear the ''[[SarcasmMode very]]'' [[SarcasmMode pleasant]] sound of the other tree friends screaming in agony. Sweet dreams.
19	** You know [[AxCrazy Flippy]] is not someone to be messed with when even '''[[FearlessFool Boyfriend]]''' [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness is afraid of him]], as seen in the teaser trailer, "Happy Tree Land" (old version), "Massacre", and "Flippin Out".
20	* ThatOneLevel: "Flippin Out" is basically the original "[[VideoGame/VSWhitty Ballistic]]", but [[ExaggeratedTrope it's so overexaggerated that saying it's overexaggerated would be an understatement]]. The notes scroll through so fast, that [[NintendoHard even the most experienced players can't beat the song perfectly without using a bot]]. Even after Version 2.1 recharted the song and slowed down the arrows, it's still difficult to have a perfect combo.
