Creator/RichardLinklater also seemed to have taken some influence from it for ''Film/DazedAndConfused''; Slater was sort of a Texas [[TheStoner Stoner]] version of Charlie, and the Mitch[=/=]Pink dynamic has echoes of Tom and Nick from this film. |
