Kenneth Anderson (born March 6, 1976) is an American professional wrestler. Trained by Eric Hammers and Mike Mercury, Anderson made his debut in 1999, and is best known for his tenures in WWE (from 2005-2009) and TNA (from 2010-2016) as Ken/Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Anderson respectively. He is a former WWE United States Champion, Money In The Bank winner in 2007 and two-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion, and held several independent championships as well.

!!These tropes hail, FROM GREEN! BAY! WIS-CON-SIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNN!!!!

* AbortedArc: During the "Who's Vince's kid?" angle, it was Kennedy who was originally slated for the spot. Then he failed a drug test [[note]]Though Kennedy claimed that the drugs were legally prescribed, but that Vince let him go anyway due to Congressional pressure following the Benoit incident[[/note]], and they gave the angle to Hornswoggle.
* AlliterativeName (Ken Kennedy, Kamikaze Ken)
* CanonName: His first name, due to RuleOfCool associated with the "Mr." thing.
* CatchPhrase:
** "MISTEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! KENNEDY/ANDERSON!!! [[DramaticPause ...]] '''KEEEEEEEENNNNNEEEEEDDY!!!!/AAAAAAAANDERSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!'''"
** In 2011: "'''WHERE'S MY TITLE SHOT!?'''"
* CaptainErsatz: Anderson grew up in the podunk town of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, admiring fellow small-town boy Wrestling/StoneColdSteveAustin. Now in TNA, as "Mr. Anderson" he has had the opportunity to recreate the enormous success Austin enjoyed in WWE in the late 1990s and early 2000s, paying tribute to his idol with a similar WildCard moral alignment and [[CoolPeopleRebelAgainstAuthority a crowd-pleasing anti-establishment attitude]].
* CoDragons: Since Wrestling/DLoBrown got [[YouHaveFailedMe demoted to prospect]] in Wrestling/{{Aces And Eights|Wrestlers}}, Ken seemed to be this with Devon to Bully Ray. Then he ended up jockeying to earn his place as VP…against [[Wrestling/DrewHankinson DOC]]. Anderson [[TheDragon won the vote in the end]], and DOC [[RealLifeWritesThePlot would turn in his kutte]]. Shortly after, Devon also ended up being PutOnABus…and then all went downhill between Ken and Bully Ray.
* DealWithTheDevil:
** Makes one with Hogan to get put in the position to take revenge on Sting and RVD for beating him up repeatedly. The deal was "You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours (Immortal's)." Being the self proclaimed asshole he is, Anderson [[ExactWords literally scratches the back]] of two Immortal members carrying him around after the match and then beat them up, rubbing it in Hogan's face.
** Except later on, he actually does take the deal, after Bischoff helps him beat Sting for the title. Only for him to lose the title shortly thereafter and get screwed with by Bully Ray, leading to his quick exodus from Immortal and adding two or three more entries to his vast number of gimmicks in 2011. Speaking of which…
** In 2012/2013, he would make a similar deal by signing on with the Aces and Eights.
* FinishingMove: The Green Bay Plunge (Super rolling fireman's carry slam), Kenton Bomb (Senton bomb), Mic check (Leg hook reverse STO)
%%* GettingCrapPastTheRadar: Please check the trope page to make sure your example fits the current definition.
* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: Within eight months since returning from his concussion! This highly contributed to killing his mojo in 2011.
%%%%* {{Jerkass}}: As as a Heel.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Whenever he was a Face.
* {{Jobber}}: Worked as one for several years in WWE before being officially signed.
* LargeHam: Seriously, it cannot be stressed just how much of a large ham Anderson is. From his "MISTEEEEEEEERRRRRR KENNEDY/ANDERSON! . . . KENNEDY/ANDERSON!" opening to his "THANK GOD I'M AN ASSHOLE!" promos.
* LeeroyJenkins: When Abyss returns against Aces & Eights, Anderson charges right at him while Bully Ray and Devon suffer a DeerInTheHeadlights reaction. Abyss promptly [[FoeTossingCharge runs over him without even losing any momentum]]. He tries ''again'' after Abyss spends a few minutes {{Curbstomp|Battle}}ing the other two...and is promptly chokeslammed through a table.
* LightningBruiser: Used the [[FinishingMove Kenton Bomb]] (basically a clone of Wrestling/JeffHardy's signature Swanton Bomb) and the Green Bay Plunge - both aerial maneuvers - despite being over 240 pounds.
* ManChild: Okay, he's hilarious and everything, but Anderson is ''ridiculously'' immature, throwing temper tantrums when things don't go his way.
* MrFanservice: Had his moments. Often wore blue denim pants and matching leather jackets when he was apart of Aces & Eights.
%%* NoIndoorVoice: Particularly when he says his name.
* PunctuatedForEmphasis: He always reminds everyone that he hails from '''''GREEN! BAY! WIS-CON-SIN!'''''
* PutOnABus Twice. First from WWE, when he was released in 2009 for botching a move against Randy Orton in an eight man tag match. Then from TNA in 2016, reportedly due to behavioral issues.
* SayMyName: See LargeHam.
* SeriousBusiness: According to Kennedy himself, he was only one of several wrestlers called in to be punished for failing the drug test. He also claims that the drugs in question were prescribed legally, but that Vince told him they were dropping his push anyway, due to steroids being found in the autopsy of Wrestling/ChrisBenoit, Congress was breathing down their neck and they felt that they couldn't take chances.
* SmallNameBigEgo: He appeared to embody this trope when he exploded onto the scene in the late spring of 2006, claiming to be WWE's newest sensation and harboring such a high opinion of himself that he performed his own ring entrances in authentic ring-announcer style. He would often say that he was "the man who is single-handedly changing Friday nights!" The twist was that Kennedy actually ''could'' back up his braggadocio, defeating the likes of Wrestling/{{Batista}} and Wrestling/TheUndertaker (albeit by cheating, getting his opponent counted out, or by goading the other guy into dishing out DisproportionateRetribution to him and gaining a disqualification victory). In fact, the only occasions when Kennedy seemed to come up short were when actual titles were on the line.
* TallDarkAndHandsome: 6 foot 2 with blonde hair and blue eyes. This was primarily a reason Bully Ray, feuded with him back in 2011. Bully Ray mocked Kennedy and called him a "pretty boy" before a match they had, started.
* TallDarkAndSnarky: This whenever he was a heel. Demanding attention with yelling into a microphone and often fighting clean shaven, didn't help out the cause.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: Gave one to Immortal and Hogan, telling Hogan how [[BrokenPedestal he used to look up to him]] and Hogan's now just a shadow of his former self. Anderson goes on to tell the rest of Immortal that he'd rather know he's an asshole than to kiss Hogan's. He ended up getting beat up for it, but made great points none-the-less and did seem to rattle Hogan a bit.
* ToughLove: When Wrestling/JayLethal gets the male wrestlers a strike on the TNA edition of ''Family Feud'', Anderson talks over Steve Harvey to berate Lethal and calls it "Tough Love". (Anderson proceeds to get them their second strike)
* TranquilFury: When he comes back on August 25, 2011 to [[RoaringRampageOfRevenge take his revenge on Immortal]]. Before he's done, Wrestling/ScottSteiner was sent through a table and Gunner beaten to a bloody pulp [[HoistByHisOwnPetard with the same chain he'd used on Anderson weeks before]], and made Bully Ray watch. All with no emotion ''at all'' on his face.
* UnderwearOfPower: His standard wrestling gear.
