Alexis "Lexi" Cabrera (née Kaufman; born August 9, 1991) is an American {{professional wrestl|ing}}er, fitness model, former competitive cheerleader and former competitive UsefulNotes/{{bodybuild|ing}}er. She is signed to Wrestling/{{WWE}}, where she performs under the name Alexa Bliss.

Alexa was an athlete growing up, and competed in various softball, track and kickboxing leagues. She was also a gymnast and competitive cheerleader in college, reaching Division I status. She additionally spent time in competitive bodybuilding, first competing in the Arnold Classic in 2011.

As [[PromotedFangirl a fan of professional wrestling]], she jumped at the opportunity when WWE came calling. She was signed after impressing in a tryout camp in 2013, and made her ring debut a year later under {{the gimmick}} of a glitter-loving "fairy princess". She mostly competed in the odd match here and there before turning {{heel}} to become the manager of Blake and Murphy, who held the [[Wrestling/{{WWE NXT}} NXT]] Tag Team Championships at the time.

However, Alexa did not remain a NeutralFemale. She challenged for the NXT Women's Championship more than once, and after being drafted to ''[[Wrestling/WWESmackDown SmackDown Live]]'' as part of the 2016 brand split, she staked her claim as a challenger for the [=SmackDown=] Women's Championship, eventually winning it for the first time in December 2016. She won it for a second time in February 2017, making her the first two-time WWE [=SmackDown=] Women's Champion. On April 10, she moved to ''[[Wrestling/WWERaw Raw]]'' as part of the Superstar Shake-up, winning the Raw Women's Championship at ''Payback'' and becoming the first woman to be both Raw and [=SmackDown=] Women's Champion. In August 2019, she won the Women's Tag Team Championships with Wrestling/NikkiCross, becoming the second-ever female Wrestling/TripleCrownChampion in WWE after Wrestling/{{Bayley}}.

In 2020, after being attacked by [[Wrestling/BrayWyatt the Fiend]], Alexa began displaying noticeably different behaviour, including changing her hairstyle, admitting to a fascination with him, and later going into a trance and hitting the nearest person with the Sister Abigail, the FinishingMove of the Fiend, whenever anyone said his name. After several weeks of this behaviour, the Fiend crashed the KO Show to approach Alexa, who willingly took his hand, aligning herself with him. In the ensuing weeks, Alexa and the Fiend have been terrorizing Raw, and God help anyone who catches their attention. Bliss shockingly split away from The Fiend at [=WrestleMania=] 37, and the night after introduced her CreepyDoll Lily, claiming to have learned everything she needed from Bray and that...Lily made her do things. With live crowds returning in July 2021, Bliss seems to have acquired the ability to hypnotize her victims simply by staring in their eyes, with Lily being "placed in timeout" for the time being. Now Lilly has returned. And Eva Marie was foolish enough to provoke Alexa's wrath.
----
!!"Let These Tropes In."
* TheAce: The amount of things she competed in before becoming a full-time wrestler qualifies her for this on its own, but the fact that she became one of the top female wrestlers in WWE despite having no wrestling experience before she started training at the Performance Center fully cements her as an ace. To put it another way, she had not wrestled a single match on TV before 2014: 3 years later (and not even a year into her main roster career) she's the first woman to win the ''[=SmackDown=]'' '''and''' ''Raw'' Women's Championships. Not even the Four Horsewomen can claim that. With her tag title victory in August 2019, she became the 2nd ever female Wrestling/TripleCrownChampion, having only been beaten to the crown by Bayley at Money In The Bank 2019 when the former won her first Smackdown Women's title, having already been a tag team champion, and ironically the woman Alexa beat to originally make history on Raw with both titles.
* AdamWesting: After Wrestling/WrestleMania 35, Alexa shifts from playing a stereotypical AlphaBitch to basically just playing a version of herself in real life. "Alexa Bliss" on the main WWE roster was always a top heel who constantly uses and betrays everyone, but after befriending Wrestling/NikkiCross, she basically becomes a PunchClockVillain. She still sometimes (but not always) cheats and will participate in a good old fashioned heel beatdown along with Nikki, but she's rarely shown doing worse than that, and never even remotely acts heelish towards Nikki (despite the fact that the rest of the women's roster constantly tries to convince Nikki that Alexa is evil). Just like Lexi Kaufman in real life, she's basically a sweetheart who plays a villain when she's in a wrestling ring. The blending of her real life persona and her character becomes even more obvious when other characters start calling her by the name she uses in real life, "Lexi," on TV as well.
* AffectionateGestureToTheHead:
** Actually kissed Wrestling/NikkiCross on the head after a tag team victory, as if there needed to be a more explicit confirmation of Cross' MoralityPet status.
** Since aligning herself with The Fiend Bray Wyatt she has begun using a subversion of this trope, kissing her opponent on the forehead before hitting the Sister Abigail.
* AlliterativeName: Since her promotion to the main roster, she has taken to describing herself as "Five Feet of Fury". Kinda justified considering she's one of the shortest female performers in WWE.
* AlphaBitch: Became one after turning heel and joining Blake and Murphy. And within a few months on the ''[=SmackDown=]'' roster, she became the top heel and won the title. Then at Raw, her treatment of Bayley and Nia Jax is the equivalent of a high school bully.
* AmazonianBeauty: Downplayed. Though she is a former bodybuilder and has great abs, she was presented as more cute than sexy. As a heel, however, this is more pronounced, though even then her muscles weren't as emphasized.
* AntiHero: She's essentially a Tweener by mid-2019, as she unofficially pulls a HeelFaceTurn yet traces of [[AlphaBitch her Heel persona]] are still evident.
* ArchEnemy: She's had lots of them.
** Wrestling/{{Carmella}} became this by default after she turned heel, initially via DesignatedGirlFight in the [[Wrestling/EnzoAndCass Realest Guys]] vs. [=BAMFactor=] feud.
** She wasted no time antagonizing Wrestling/BeckyLynch when she first came up to the main roster, calling Becky a born loser while at the same time weaseling her way through victories in their championship rivalry.
** [[Wrestling/BryanDanielson Daniel Bryan]] frequently got under her skin on ''[=SmackDown Live=]''. There are few things that Bliss hates more than a fair and reasonable General Manager who is beloved by the fans... and oh, you know, used to be one of the most badass professional wrestlers in history.
** After moving to Raw in 2017, she has the same problem with Wrestling/KurtAngle, often arguing about putting her in matches. Her landing in the 2018 Wrestling/EliminationChamber match was justified in that she hadn't had a title defense in three months, triple the maximum defense timeline (only Wrestling/BrockLesnar thanks to a contract stipulation was exempt from it).
** Wrestling/{{Bayley}} has taken Becky's role on ''Raw'' and then some. In their case, Alexa goes out of her way to completely disrespect Bayley, painting her as an absolute child while outsmarting her repeatedly.
** Wrestling/SashaBanks, since injuring Bliss during an NXT match. If some people's theories are to be believed, this one has actually carried on into real life as well. During out of character interviews, Alexa point blank refuses to mention Sasha at all whenever she talks about her female colleagues either from her time on the main roster or in NXT and there was one very awkward part of an out of character interview where [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgzSEufIDLk Sasha talked about Alexa as if she was still in character]].[[note]]This may stem from Sasha breaking Alexa's nose back in NXT.[[/note]]
** Since [[Wrestling/KanakoUrai Asuka's]] debut on Raw, Bliss constantly brags that she isn't afraid of Asuka and vows to end her undefeated streak while Asuka doesn't hide the fact that she is targeting Bliss' championship. For months, however, there are no matches between the two; Asuka just scares the hell out of Alexa once in a while, and they do eventually throw in a non-title bout in which Asuka won after Alexa gets herself counted out. With Asuka winning the first women's Royal Rumble and Alexa successfully defending her championship in the first women's Elimination Chamber, it seems they will finally face off at [=WrestleMania=] XXXIV, but then Asuka [[SubvertedTrope chooses to move to SmackDown]] to face Charlotte instead. Leaving Alexa stuck with Nia Jax (see below).
** After moving to Raw in 2017 and winning the Raw Women's Championship, Alexa, like any other DirtyCoward heels, refuses to fight someone as intimidating as Wrestling/NiaJax and sweet talks her into becoming her friend though the latter sees through her lies. Though their storyline somewhat ended near the end of summer, it resurfaces again in February the following year when Alexa consoles Nia after losing a match against Asuka. However, Alexa reveals a few weeks later that she only pretended to like Nia and mocks her about her weight. Not realizing that the camera was rolling. Naturally, this pisses off Nia, and a match between the two was scheduled at ''Wrestling/WrestleMania XXXIV'', much to Alexa's horror. After losing the title, she went on to release promos of [[{{Hypocrite}} how Nia Jax is a bully]] and eventually reclaim the title in ''Money In the Bank'' before ending the feud a month later at ''Extreme Rules''.
** During her feud with Nia, Alexa also feuded with Creator/RondaRousey. As with Nia, Alexa called Ronda a bully for her actions against Wrestling/StephanieMcMahon. Alexa interfered Ronda's title match against Nia in ''Money in the Bank'' to steal the championship for herself. Angered, Ronda would then attack Alexa which led her to being suspended. During her absence, Alexa would mock Ronda every week until Ronda returned. A title match between the two was setup at ''Wrestling/SummerSlam'' in which Ronda would show Alexa who's the tougher woman. Indeed, Alexa [[CurbStompBattle failed to show any offense during the match]] and was defeated [[SquashMatch in 4 minutes]].
** Wrestling/RandyOrton. After Orton burned the Fiend alive at ''TLC 2020'', Alexa did everything she could to screw with him. At one point, she even threw a fireball at his face, putting him out for two weeks (he retaliated by interrupting her RAW Women's Title match with Asuka to RKO her). Eventually, her constant distractions and mind games got to him and when she offered to have a match with him at ''Fastlane 2021'', he pounced on the opportunity to finally get his hands on her and get rid of her. It's impressive to say the least, considering that few people have ever really managed to get into Randy Orton's head when he's been at his most ruthless and psychotic.
* TheArtifact: Her theme music is still a dubstep song, being a remnant of BAM-Factor's dubstep gimmick. Somewhat subverted as of October 26 2020 with her new darker and edgier remix thanks to The Fiend's influence on her as the song is Spiteful slowed down to a darker pitch accompanied by Alexa's diabolical laughter. Completely subverted on the June 21 2021 episode of Raw where there is no traces at all of Spiteful, signifying that persona of Alexa, The Goddess may be gone for good...until her 2022 return defies it with "Fight Me", which, while still containing pieces of Spiteful, is a rock piece.
* {{Ascended Fan|boy}}girl: A RealLife example. Alexa cites Music/BowlingForSoup as her favorite band. In 2020 the band released the track "Alexa Bliss", and featured her in the music video. The song went on to be Bowling For Soup's most played song of 2020 across multiple streaming services. The band tweeted that this was the only time since such statistics were first kept that "Girl All the Bad Guys Want" (Alexa's self-professed favorite song) didn't take this honor.
* AxCrazy: Imagine a wrestling ComicBook/HarleyQuinn, and you'll basically get the picture.
* BadassAdorable: When she was in her fairy-like face gimmick, and arguably in RealLife. Exaggerated with her face turn and team with Nikki Cross. Strangely even more so during her newfound Heel run as The Fiend's Harley Quinn-like sidekick.
* BeautyIsNeverTarnished: She managed to avert this trope in one match where Sasha gave her a bloody nose.
* BeingGoodSucks: Alexa spends most of her main roster {{Face}} run being; a.) away from the Women's Championship scene, b.) constantly having to keep Wrestling/NikkiCross in-check everytime she relapses into her AxCrazy self, c.) stalked ([[StalkerWithoutACrush non-romantically]], not that it makes it better) by Wrestling/BrayWyatt to use her as a pawn to get to Wrestling/BraunStrowman, d.) [[FaceHeelTurn betrayed]] by Braun despite being the reason she was dragged into his feud with Wyatt in the first place, and e.) Nikki [[SupermanStaysOutOfGotham not being there for her]] during the previous two incidents.
* BerserkButton: [[Wrestling/BryanDanielson Daniel Bryan]] seems to be very good at finding hers.
** Don't ever, ever make jokes about her height.
** During her first run with the Smackdown Women's Championship, simply suggesting that she had to defend it was enough to set her off.
** In real life, she hates being referred to as a former fitness model. She likes to specify that she was a bodybuilder.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: She may be tiny, cute and sparkly (as a face, anyway), but she is ''not'' to be taken lightly. In [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8y8HlK17Nw one match]] against Banks, she looked visibly angry at Banks (who'd given her a nosebleed during the match) and got very aggressive.
* BigGuyLittleGuy: When paired with Wrestling/NiaJax, who had a massive size advantage on her in both height and weight. Also see HugeGuyTinyGirl below.
* BishieSparkle: Her glitter princess face entrance was meant to evoke this.
* BitchInSheepsClothing:
** Came out to apparently congratulate Wrestling/{{Bayley}} on her victory in the Iron Man match... only to steal the title belt and mock her.
** When Wrestling/BeckyLynch was given the ultimatum to apologize to the [=McMahons=] for her recent behavior, Alexa persuaded her not to do it, claiming that she would lose the respect of the locker room. Becky refused to take her advice, knowing that Alexa is trying to steal her ''Wrestling/WrestleMania 35'' opportunity. Alexa then stopped pretending and tells Becky that she doesn't care what she does.
* BloodSplatteredWarrior: Wrestling/SashaBanks infamously broke her nose during a November 2014 match on NXT. It has been speculated that Alexa was legitimately mad about this.
* BoomerangBigot: Her feud with Wrestling/NiaJax carrying bullying undertones and having her not-so-subtly picking on Nia for being overweight made her this if one considers that in real life, Alexa is an actual anorexia survivor. Even more ironic is that her main partner at the time, Wrestling/MickieJames, was on the receiving end of this very type of abuse before in a 2010 feud.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: Like many others, Bliss was changed by her run-in with [[Wrestling/BrayWyatt The Fiend]]. Over the next several weeks, his name emerged as an increasingly overt TriggerPhrase, until:
-->'''Wrestling/KevinOwens:''' ...I don't know, it's like you're-- brainwashed.
-->'''Alexa Bliss:''' Yes. My-- my brain ''has'' been washed. All the lies have been washed away, and now I see the truth. I've been changed by him, Kevin. I've been cleansed by him.
-->'''Kevin Owens:''' [[GenreSavvy He's here, isn't he?]]
-->'''Alexa Bliss:''' He's everywhere. And I can hear him now. '''''Let him in.'''''
* BridalCarry: Got a rather extended one as the one carried during a segment with Wrestling/RandyOrton and The Fiend, with both of them holding her like this for a rather long time.
* BullyingADragon: Dear God, ''everything'' she did during her feud with Wrestling/NiaJax, up to and including cutting promos in the form of phony [=PSAs=] about bullying that claimed ''Nia'' was a bully. Jax, for her part, responded with varying levels of violence which, given she has a major height and size advantage on Bliss, always ended badly for Bliss or Mickie James.
-->'''Nia Jax:''' I've got a public service announcement of my own: mocking Nia Jax is bad for your health.
* BuxomBeautyStandard: Alexa had breast augmentation surgery before becoming a wrestler. She also found more success since turning heel and wearing more revealing clothes, especially in her bust area.
* CatchPhrase: During her fairy-like gimmick, "Bliss your heart." Doubles as a StealthInsult — it's a slight variation of 'bless your heart', which can be a compliment, but people in the American South are pretty used to hearing "bless your heart" as an insult. [[http://cottageintheoaks.com/2012/06/the-many-nuances-of-bless-your-heart/ See here for a pretty good explanation.]]
* ClosetGeek: Known for so long as an AlphaBitch, she begins showing her geeky side after her 2019 "[[AntiHero Face]]" turn. Notably, she threatens Wrestling/BillieKay during that year's ''Wrestling/SummerSlam'' with the [[Franchise/ToyStory Buzz Lightyear]] pose.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Post split from The Fiend, she spends the majority of her time swinging merrily in her playground, giggling at nothing in particular, and playing with her BFF Lilly, all without a care in the world.
* ColorCodedForYourConvenience: On NXT, she always wore blue as a face and then switched to red after she turned heel.
* ColorMotif: Blue, red and purple are her frequent color schemes.
* CombatPragmatist:
** As a heel, Alexa is easily outmatched in terms of strength and technical skill. But she wins thanks to craftiness and eagerness to use every dirty trick in the book.
** It even extends to her ring psychology. She once used her double jointed dexterity to ''fake a dislocated elbow'' in the ring, before coming back and winning the match. It looked so realistic that many fans thought she was legitimately injured.
* ComicalAngryFace: She makes a lot of [[https://uproxx.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/alexa-bliss-facial-expressions.png?w=650 over the top expressions]], and given her angry heel persona, that includes a lot of these.
* CompositeCharacter:
** In Raw, she seemed to mix Wrestling/TrishStratus's early heel character (being an all-around AlphaBitch) with Wrestling/CharlotteFlair's role as the top heel in Raw's women division, along with some of Charlotte's other traits such as having a long undefeated streak and title run as well as declaring herself a goddess in comparison to Charlotte's queen.
** Ever since she returned to WWE, she goes to a drastic change as she's slowly reverts back to her "Goddess" persona, while still carrying her Lilly doll from her post-Fiend gimmick.
* {{Cosplay}}: She wears special ring gears in major [=PPVs=]. See WholeCostumeReference below for specific details.
* CreepyDoll: In her first appearance after her betrayal of Wrestling/BrayWyatt at Wrestlemania 37, Alexa introduced the world to her (supposed) lifelong friend, a hideous, nightmarish doll named Lilly, who makes her do bad things.
* CuteAndPsycho: Alexa is, normally, a playful, sweet, seemingly harmless [[ManChild womanchild]]....until you do, ANYTHING, to upset her (which isn't hard to do). If you are unfortunate enough to upset her, she quickly becomes a violent, demonic, bloodthirsty nightmare, capable of any number of unspeakable things. Just ask Randy Orton about that.
* CuteBruiser:
** Renée Young described her initial face incarnation as looking like a fairy. She also dressed more modestly than the typical Diva.
** After the change to her AlphaBitch character, a big emphasis was placed on her height, or rather lack of it.
* CuteIsEvil: As a heel, this has been emphasised even more since she aligned herself with The Fiend.
* TheCutie: The essence of her {{Face}} runs. He original has her portraying a [[NinjaPirateZombieRobot fairy cheerleader]] who was the second (the first being Wrestling/{{Bayley}}) KidAppealCharacter of NXT. Her second run in the role starting 2019 has her playing a ClosetGeek LovableAlphaBitch.
* DanceBattler: She was an accomplished collegiate cheerleader prior to her wrestling career. Hell, her original gimmick had her wearing a cheerleader attire.
* DeathGlare: As a {{heel}}, gives a [[https://uproxx.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/screen-shot-2015-08-23-at-1-04-05-am.png?w=650&h=371 particularly]] [[https://40.media.tumblr.com/c9a67d3dd689fbf2ee11469da4a5eef5/tumblr_o50ng5h8rL1rawiuoo1_1280.png effective]] [[https://fearlessriot.files.wordpress.com/2015/12/alexa.png?w=720 one]]. It helps that she naturally has IcyBlueEyes.
* DeepSouth: She did this character on a couple of live events and a promo class, playing the redneck girlfriend of [[Wrestling/TheRevival Scott Dawson]].
* DefrostingIceQueen: Being partnered with Wrestling/NikkiCross has notably mellowed Alexa, though her usually haughty demeanor occasionally still appears.
* DirtyCoward:
** Big with her words, but the moment someone comes face-to-face with her, she tries to talk her way out. In fact, for all her talk about not being afraid of them, she doesn't want to fight imposing women like Nia Jax or Asuka (to the point of trying to sweet talk Nia into becoming her friend).
** In the first women's Wrestling/EliminationChamber match, she spends quite some time hiding inside her pod even after it opens.
** When Becky Lynch led the ''[=SmackDown=]'' women locker room to attack ''Raw'', a week before ''Survior Series 2018'', Alexa is the first person to escape the ring the moment chaos ensues. This is justified however, as she was taking time off to recover from her injuries.
* DoItYourselfThemeTune: She personally does the opening lines[[note]]"Glitter. Glitz. Sparkle. Bliss"[[/note]] of her face theme.
* TheDragon: A staple of her heel gimmick is having one or more of these around. The likes of Wrestling/MickieJames, Wrestling/AliciaFox, and Wrestling/NiaJax have all served as lackeys to Bliss through the years. As of the summer of 2019, Wrestling/NikkiCross is playing this role, having transformed from a naive, almost reluctant accomplice just happy to be doing something on ''Raw'' into a full-blown, willing participant in Bliss' schemes who would go out of her way to defend her new best friend.
* EarlyBirdCameo: Was appearing on NXT for as early as a year before she debuted, she appeared at live events as the girlfriend of redneck [[Wrestling/TheRevival Scott Dawson]] and filmed a couple of promos for it, she had a stint as a ring announcer, and she's also the girl in the often-used clip of Wrestling/TylerBreeze asking a girl if she wanted to take a picture, only to clarify that he meant ''of'' him as opposed to ''with'' him. She also appeared at ''Wrestling/WrestleMania XXX'' as part of Wrestling/TripleH's entrance, along with Wrestling/CharlotteFlair and Wrestling/SashaBanks, and was also a part of Wrestling/AdamRose's rosebuds.
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: Given her success as a ruthless AlphaBitch heel, it's quite shocking that she got her start on NXT as a cutesy glitter-loving babyface.
* EveryoneLovesBlondes: Has some of this as a {{face}}.
* EverythingsBetterWithSparkles: Her original face ring gear was adorned with sparkles and she blew a stream of glitter to the fans.
* EvilCostumeSwitch: After turning heel, she went from the fairy outfit (which had a long-sleeved blouse and shorts) to something resembling Blake and Murphy's outfit: red with white and black highlights (including the claw marking design) and a whole lot more exposed skin on both the top and the bottom (halter-top and almost a bikini).
** After joining the Fiend, she started wearing more stereotypically girlish and childish clothes, with an emphasis on patterned dresses and overalls.
** On the 18th of January 2021 episode of Raw she got an Evil''er'' Costume Switch during her match with Asuka, she started her match in her pink top and black overalls with her hair in bunches and playful attitude, but when the match started to go against her, the lights flickered and her clothes changed to a black top, her hair in buns and heavier makeup and she became more serious, ultimately defeating the champion. After the match the lights flickered again and she returned to her brightly coloured clothes.
* EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor: On the 21st of December episode of Raw she interrupted Randy Orton’s promo after he defeated The Fiend at the previous night’s [=TLC=] pay per view in an inferno match, and made several macabre veiled jokes about The Fiend not showing up after being set alight by Orton, including saying that he may be at the beach and she hopes he doesn’t get sunburned, or perhaps he was at his favourite restaurant, he likes barbecue.
* ExcessiveEvilEyeshadow: Part of her EvilCostumeSwitch included applying more and darker eyeshadow and eyeliner. She's already very good at making evil faces, but the makeup accentuates it.
* ExpositoryHairstyleChange: On NXT, as a face, her hair had blue tips. As a heel, she got red tips. Likewise after becoming a heel she started wearing extensions, when before her hair had been about elbow length at the longest. And then her arc with The Fiend, progressing from one little braid to full-on Harley Quinn frazzle.
* {{Expy}}:
** Looks and plays like Wrestling/TrishStratus' evil little sister. Not surprising considering Trish is her favourite female wrestler of all time.
** As of Wrestling/{{Backlash}} 2016, she has adopted aspects of ComicBook/HarleyQuinn's appearance in ''Film/{{Suicide Squad|2016}}'', notably the hairstyle and baseball bat-on-shoulders pose. The similarity was explicitly noted on the following episode of ''[=SmackDown=]''. Since joining forces with Wrestling/BrayWyatt in late 2020, the similarities continue, with Bliss being a psychotic, deceptively playful [[ManChild womanchild]] who revels in destructive chaos.
** Her gymnastic in-ring style favoring a lot of somersaults and high flying moves is very reminiscent of her other biggest inspiration, Wrestling/ReyMysterioJr, as is her initial debut as a pint-sized kid-friendly babyface.
** Her [[HellbentforLeather leather jacket]] gives her a look somewhat similar to Wrestling/{{Paige}}, according to [[Wrestling/TenilleDashwood Emma]] on Website/{{Twitter}}.
** Throughout 2017-2018, she plays a similar role to Wrestling/TheMiz, both being the top heels of Raw who proclaimed that they are a better champion than Brock Lesnar, having long title runs and are known for their [[DirtyCoward cowardice]] who employ others to help them win. It becomes hilarious when they are on opposing teams during the Mixed Match Challenge where they spent the early part of the match tagging their [[Wrestling/BraunStrowman respective]] WrestlingMonster [[Wrestling/KanakoUrai partners]]. The comparison becomes more obvious when Bliss started to have her own show called "A Moment with Bliss" similar to Miz's "[=MizTV=]" in early 2019.
* ExtremityExtremist: Alexa favors using her knees in a lot of moves. One sequence of hers -- the Insult To Injury -- involves a double knee drop followed by a standing moonsault into another knee drop.
* FaceHeelTurn:
** In NXT: At ''Takeover: Unstoppable'', when she helped Blake and Murphy.
** On the main roster, being harassed by the Fiend Wrestling/BrayWyatt and cast aside by a corrupted Wrestling/BraunStrowman seems to be causing a revert to her heelish ways, much to the concern of Wrestling/NikkiCross. Although it seems to be less her turning back into the heel she was before, and more her becoming distinctly ''Bray-like'' herself (at once point even turning on Nikki during a 4-way match and hitting her with ''Sister Abigail'' before storming out of the match).
* FacialMarkings: As a [[{{Pun}} face]], she wears glittery makeup and eyeshadow (mostly the latter).
* FairyTaleMotifs: She's preserved this part of her character over the years. As a face, she was compared to a fairy princess. As a heel, she frequently compares herself to the WickedWitch.
* FalseFriend: She pretended to be Nia Jax's friend in order to use her as a goon. After her lies were exposed to Nia by [[EngineeredPublicConfession her gloating about it to Mickie James in front of a camera and boom mic that were left on prior to an interview with Charlie Caruso]], she came out the next week and [[BackhandedApology apologised... that she hadn't told the truth sooner]].
** There were clear indications her friendship with Nikki Cross was heading to this. However, the two had such good chemistry on the microphone and in the ring that they were kept together for awhile.
* FinishingMove: Two of them: Twisted Bliss[[note]]formerly known as the Sparkle Splash[[/note]] (a rounding moonsault) and an old-school DDT. As of her alliance with The Fiend, she began using his finisher, Sister Abigail (a spinning reverse STO).
* {{Foil}}: In NXT she was essentially this to Wrestling/CharlotteFlair. Both are gymnasts and their gimmicks invoke their blonde hair, but where Charlotte went the AlphaBitch route before very long and later became an honorable champion, Alexa was first billed as the bubbly blonde for a long while but then turned into a mean-faced villainess. This goes down to their physiques too -- Charlotte is more tall and lean compared to Alexa, who is more athletic and bigger in build (similar to [[Wrestling/TenilleDashwood Emma]]).
* ForceAndFinesse: Her TagTeam with Wrestling/NikkiCross in a [[{{Pun}} nut]]shell. Nikki is a PsychopathicManchild with an aggressive wrestling style, while Alexa is more regal with a more graceful move set.
* FragileSpeedster: She's one of the smallest girls on the roster, and her wrestling style is mostly aerials and leaps. Unfortunately but somewhat unsurprisingly, she's missed time with injuries on multiple occasions.
* FunWithAcronyms: The sometimes-used team name of '''B'''lake-'''A'''lexa-'''M'''urphy '''F'''actor.
* GameBreakingInjury: Her broken nose in 2014 became one in 2021 when she finally had to take a long absence to get corrective surgery to be able to breathe out of her nose again.
* GigglingVillain: She has a very high-pitched, unnerving laugh as a heel.
* GirlishPigtails: Evil version. She dons this hairstyle ever since adopting the "[[Film/SuicideSquad2016 Harley Quinn]]" gimmick.
* GirlySkirtTwirl: Part of her entrance in her original face run.
* AGodAmI: Ever since becoming the Raw Women's Champion, she likes to describe herself as "the Goddess of WWE".
* GoodIsDumb: She had a promo just before her rematch with Wrestling/SashaBanks, where she said that she was sure to win because Sasha had lost even with the rest of the [=BFFs=] there to back her up, and the [=BFFs=] weren't around for the rematch…except that in the original match, Sasha flattened her, and the only reason Alexa won was because Charlotte and Wrestling/SummerRae started fighting at ringside and Sasha got distracted. Needless to say, she lost the rematch.
* GroinAttack: While any female wrestlers being hit between the legs intentionally is a largely, if not completely, non-existent scenario, accidents do happen. One such accident was a bit of a humorous one, where she got crotched by the ring apron that slipped off the ring. She carried on and laughed about it on Twitter after.
** A less funny example happened on an episode of Total Divas where Alexa and Nia visited a pig farm. At one point, Alexa was being helped over a pointed, metal-bar fence. With her shorter legs, she couldn't make it over cleanly, and got one of those metal bars right in the private parts. Considering she was only wearing leggings, and probably some underwear beneath, there wasn't much to protect her and it could have been a lot worse. The icing on the cake was the back of her leggings briefly got caught on one of the bars, giving her a quick wedgie when she made it over.
* HairColorSpoiler: You could easily identify her during her aforementioned EarlyBirdCameo in ''Wrestling/WrestleMania XXX'' due to the dyed tips.
* HairContrastDuo: She's frequently paired with a brunette (Wrestling/MickieJames, Wrestling/NiaJax, Wrestling/NikkiCross) who has a different wrestling style and persona to those of Alexa's.
* HamToHamCombat: On the September 3, 2019 episode of ''[[Wrestling/WWESmackDown SmackDown Live]]''. While teaming with Wrestling/NikkiCross against Wrestling/MandyRose and Wrestling/SonyaDeville, Rose and Bliss had a [[DownplayedTrope short]], but undoubtedly hammy, back-and-forth:
-->'''Rose:''' ''[taunting Nikki]'' [[HollywoodHomely You]] will NEVER look like [[TheBeautifulElite me]]!\
'''Bliss:''' ''[from the ring apron]'' No one WANTS to look like you!\
'''Rose:''' [[BigShutUp SHUT UP]]!\
'''Bliss:''' ''[flinches as if she had been physically attacked]''
* HardHead: During a battle royal on NXT, Alexa took a headbutt from Wrestling/PeytonRoyce. Royce was hurt more than Bliss, which allowed Alexa to immediattely counter-attack. It's further showcased by her own usage of headbutts against fellow hard headed women like Wrestling/BeckyLynch or Asuka.
* HeelFaceTurn: ''Kind'' of made one in mid-2019. After teaming up with Wrestling/NikkiCross, Alexa remained spiteful, ruthless, and manipulative toward the rest of the Women's Roster, but slowly began to open up and display more and more affection toward Nikki in spite of the numerous warning signs pointing toward yet another Bliss betrayal. This culminated in the two of them uprooting utterly detested Women's Tag Team Champions [[Wrestling/BillieKay The]] [[Wrestling/PeytonRoyce IIconics]] on an episode of ''RAW'' and being booked and cheered mostly like faces (or at least [[AntiHero anti-heroes]]) from that point forward. Solidified in late 2019 after losing the tag team titles to Kairi Sane and Asuka, with the latter cheating with green mist to take the titles, ironically completing a double turn for all four ladies. The following night on Raw, the double turn was cemented when Bliss and Cross came to the aid of Charlotte Flair, saving her from a 2 on 1 beatdown at the hands of Sane and Asuka.
* HellBentForLeather: Beginning in July 2017, Alexa Bliss started wearing a leather jacket in addition to her otherwise {{Stripperiffic}} wrestling gear. [[https://twitter.com/EmmaWWE/status/889668658930348032 Emma called Little Miss Bliss out on Twitter, accusing her of stealing Paige's look]].
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: After insulting Wrestling/NiaJax for two weeks in a row, Wrestling/KurtAngle puts her into a match against Nia at ''[=WrestleMania=] 34''.
* HugeGuyTinyGirl: Paired with the gargantuan (6'8") Wrestling/BraunStrowman for the [[Wrestling/WWEMixedMatchChallenge Mixed Match Challenge]]. They were actually named Team Little Big. Later with Bray Wyatt, isn't hard to guess which one she is.
* HypnoticEyes: She gained the ability to do this in 2021, using them on [[https://youtu.be/dO6pwzLM_tM Nia Jax and Reginald in one match]] and Shayna Baszler in another. She hasn't used those powers since then, though.
* {{Hypocrite}}:
** After winning the [=SmackDown=] Women's Championship, she displayed all the negative qualities that she accused Becky Lynch of when she was the champion. More superficially, she makes a crack about "toxic orange hair dye" running through Becky's veins, to which Becky can be seen gesturing [[LampshadeHanging to Alexa's own dyed hair]].
** She complained to Kurt Angle for forcing her to defend her Raw Women's Championship at ''Elimination Chamber 2018'' and criticizing Brock Lesnar for once again being a no show and not defending his title at said pay-per-view but Alexa herself hadn't defended her title for four months while Lesnar had recently defended his title the night before at ''Royal Rumble''.
** Following her loss against Nia Jax at ''[=WrestleMania=]'', Alexa started a smear campaign against Nia and calls her a bully. This coming from someone who plays the role of a stereotypical AlphaBitch for most of 2017 who had bullied Bayley and fat shamed Nia (while Alexa herself survived anorexia, the opposite condition of what she was implying was behind Nia's size, in real life).
* IcyBlueEyes: Alexa's almost improbably light blue eyes help to accentuate her gravitas as a villain.
* InsultBackfire: Wrestling/MickieJames once called Bliss a "biscuit butt".[[note]] "Biscuit" as in "scone-like bread", [[SeparatedByACommonLanguage as opposed to a cookie or a cracker]].[[/note]] Hypocrisy aside (Mickie isn't exactly a slim woman), Alexa took it as a compliment and her fanbase uses it as a sort of term of endearment.
* IronicName: "Bliss", since a large part of her heel character is being an angry person.
* ItsPersonal: She became set on beating the crap out of Sasha Banks for all the painful losses Sasha inflicted on her in the past. She eventually did win a match by count-out, but lost the title match.
* JerkassHasAPoint:
** Though it was more an attempt on her part to finagle her way out of defending her RAW Women's Title in the first-ever Women's Wrestling/EliminationChamber, Alexa ''did'' bring up some pretty legitimate points about Wrestling/BrockLesnar's role as a "part-time" champion and his inconsistent title defenses, including the fact that she's defending her title inside the chamber while the #1 contender to Brock's Universal Title is being determined in the men's Chamber match; even when GM Wrestling/KurtAngle countered that Alexa hadn't defended her title since October's TLC pay-per-view, Bliss deftly lobbied it back at him:
--> '''Bliss''': "And whose fault is that, Kurt? I don't make the matches, ''you'' do. I just don't understand why it is that you're treating the men's champion differently than the women's champion. [[ArmorPiercingQuestion Do you value Brock Lesnar more than you value me?]]"
** She lashes out at Wrestling/NikkiCross for not being there for her when she was dragged by Wrestling/BrayWyatt into his feud with Wrestling/BraunStrowman and then being betrayed by Braun. While Alexa has been a {{Face}} for a year at that point and the incident with Nikki is seen as a brief relapse to her {{Heel}} days, she is not wrong on calling out Nikki for not helping her during those times.
* KaleidoscopeHair: The tip of her hair changes from blue to purple to red.
* KidAppealCharacter: Her face character, in the same vein as Wrestling/ReyMysterioJr -- short, colorful and adorable. Subverted when she turned heel at ''Unstoppable'', morphing into an AlphaBitch character who cheats to help Blake & Murphy win.
* KillItWithFire: She tried to invoke this on ''herself'' by challenging Randy Orton to a match, then when he showed up, giving him a can of gasoline and some matches and flat out telling him to do to her what he did to the Fiend. When Orton refused, Alexa tried to goad him on, then soaked herself with gasoline and screamed at him to just do it already. The segment- and the show- [[{{Cliffhanger}} ended with Orton lighting a match as the lights went out, Fiend-style.]]
* LadyInRed: After turning heel, she switched to a red outfit which are HotterAndSexier than her original gear and dyed the tips of her hair red.
* LaughablyEvil: Since mostly retiring from wrestling and instead focusing on ''A Moment of Bliss,'' Alexa has become less of a bully and more of an arrogant celebrity who either has comically little tolerance for her show guests or [[{{Troll}} just stirs shit between them and other wrestlers.]] She still has kept this up since her in-ring return in April 2019 as well, though her trademark bitchiness and snark is definitely still there.
* LightFeminineAndDarkFeminine: The Light to Wrestling/NikkiCross' Dark. Alexa has blonde hair, is known for her sparkly motif, and has a more graceful wrestling style. Nikki is brunette, wears black wrestling gear, has a more rough wrestling style, and generally has a DarkerAndEdgier career.
* LightFlickerTeleportation: After joining The Fiend, she can appear and disappear when the lights go out just like him. On Dec. 21, 2020, she took this up to eleven when she not only appeared, she materialized a whole playground swing set in the middle of the ring, then they disappeared when the segment was done.
* LittleMissBadass: She's older than most traditional examples but has the looks and attitude to match, especially as a heel. So much so that one of her {{Red Baron}}s is this trope, just with her name in place of Badass.
* LoonyFriendsImproveYourPersonality: Her friendship with the CuteAndPsycho Wrestling/NikkiCross turns Alexa from a bonafide AlphaBitch Heel into a LovableAlphaBitch AntiHero.
* LovableAlphaBitch: Being a Heel since mid-2015, she begins showing a more lighter side of her by mid-2019.
* LovesTheSoundOfScreaming: She had a phase of hitting people with kendo sticks, and at one point admitted in an interview how much pleasure it gave her to hear the sound of the stick hit the flesh of her victims and loved to hear them scream. As a heel she also notably enjoyed inflicting pain on her opponents and would frequently flash sadistic smiles when she caused damage.
* MeaningfulRename: The Sparkle Splash was renamed Twisted Bliss upon her heel turn.
* MinoredInAssKicking: And majored in bedazzling, apparently.
* MoodSwinger: Face or heel, she occasionally goes on and off character on a whim, and manages to do it without completely breaking {{Kayfabe}} [[note]]Specific examples are her and Wrestling/{{Bayley}} giving each other high-fives during an on-going match, her ''Talking Smack'' interview after beating Wrestling/BeckyLynch for the Smackdown Women's title, and her giving a nod to fans chanting "You deserve it" during the first ''Smackdown'' after winning her first title[[/note]].
* MoralityPet: In spite of Alexa's many, many flaws and her shamelessly-unbroken habit of betraying anyone who tries to give her the time of day, she finally seems to have found one of these in Wrestling/NikkiCross as of 2019, showing ''considerably'' more affection toward Nikki than she ever did to her former [[TheDragon lackeys]] and clearly having a legitimate soft spot for her. Perhaps appropriately, it was around the time they became a cohesive unit that fans actually started liking Alexa. And the feeling is mutual, as evidenced in the June 19, 2020 edition of [=SmackDown=] when Nikki relapsed on her old AxCrazy self to attack both Wrestling/{{Bayley}} and Wrestling/SashaBanks, Alexa rushes to the ring and her presence helps Nikki to calm down.
* MsFanservice: Her heel attire is HotterAndSexier than her original, but she never plays on her sex appeal on TV, most likely due to WWE still being PG -- with [[ToplessnessFromTheBack one]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beXyt25AES0 exception]]. A common joke about her is that with every makeover she has, her hotpants keep getting shorter.
* MumLooksLikeASister: Any time she posts pictures of herself with her mother she gets a ton of comments about this. Apparently Bliss's mother was a teen when she had Lexi.
* MustHaveCaffeine: Spends most of 2019 sipping a cup of coffee while hosting [[TalkShowWithFists "A Moment of Bliss"]].
* TheNapoleon: As the shortest woman on the ''[=SmackDown=]'' roster, she's also the nastiest and cruelest. Naomi once mockingly nicknamed her [[Series/HereComesHoneyBooBoo "Lexi Boo-Boo"]], drawing comparisons between her and a BrattyHalfPint.
* NeverMyFault: On Raw Match 19th 2018, Alexa demanded to Kurt to suspend Nia Jax after she tries to attack her, ignoring the fact that Nia's rage towards her was because of Alexa mocking her for two weeks in a row.
* NinjaPirateZombieRobot: Her original gimmick is supposed to be a fairy cheerleader.
* NoSell: Her "Fiend"-like alter ego. When wrestling in a black outfit and lipstick, she can absorb and block opponent's moves without taking much damage and without hesitation.
* ObfuscatingStupidity: Following her gimmick change in mid 2020. Around others, she puts on a bubbly, childlike persona to mask the evil of her true nature, as well as to lure others in, who may perceive her harmless.
* OddFriendship: With Wrestling/NikkiCross.
* OhCrap: Her reaction after Kurt Angle puts her in a match against Nia Jax at [=WrestleMania=].
* OlderHeroVersusYoungerVillain: Due to being one of the youngest female wrestlers in the roster during her debut, she fills the younger villain role by default during her feuds against Wrestling/{{Bayley}} (which is {{iron|y}}ic considering the content of their feud on the ''Raw'' roster), Wrestling/{{Carmella}}, Wrestling/BeckyLynch, Wrestling/{{Naomi|Wrestler}}, Wrestling/MickieJames and Wrestling/NiaJax. Alexa did play the ''slightly'' older hero during her feud with Wrestling/SashaBanks (who is only half-a-year younger) for the NXT Women's title, however.
* OlderSidekick: Alexa's (b.1991) lackeys have been older wrestlers, in particular; Wrestling/MickieJames (b.1979), Wrestling/NiaJax (b.1984) and Wrestling/AliciaFox (b.1986) and Wrestling/NikkiCross (b.1989).
* OlderThanTheyLook: Early in her career, due to her shortness, people used to joke about her being a teenager. The fairy princess gimmick didn't help. Even more prevalent following her arc with The Fiend. With her pigtails, patterned pinafores, pastel colored outfits, mannerisms, and (obviously) her size she could genuinely pass for a little girl. For clarification, she's ''30.''
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: Referred to as 'Lexi' by a lot of fans and other talent. Since it's both her real nickname and works as a nickname for her ring name, it fits. It was nearly going to be her ring name too. She starts getting called this by other characters on TV after she befriends Nikki Cross.
* OurFairiesAreDifferent: Her NXT face gimmick heavily invoked this, with her outfits being all sparkly and her blowing glitters to the audience and all. Renee Young even calls her as such during commentary.
* PartsUnknown: She was initially billed as being from "The University of Glitz". Averted later on, as she's now billed from her real hometown of Columbus, Ohio.
* PetTheDog: Her entire relationship with Wrestling/NikkiCross is made of this, to the point that Cross ended up being the catalyst for Alexa finally [[HeelFaceTurn moving away from her less-than-scrupulous ways]].
* PintSizedPowerhouse: Although she is very small and athletic, she is also a former body builder. There was a time where even after she was tired after a workout, she was able to carry Wrestling/{{Sheamus}} on her shoulders.
* PlayingWithFire: On the January 11, 2021 episode, she causes Wrestling/TripleH's sledgehammer to burst into flames in his hand before blasting Randy Orton in the face with a fireball.
* PsychopathicManchild: After joining the Fiend, she's become one. She acts very childlike and playful, but delights in violence and the Fiend hurting people. When Drew Macintyre crashed A Moment Of Bliss, Alexa wasn't angry or upset, but simply sat on the turnbuckle and gleefully laughed at the ensuing fight. To reinforce the image, while the Fiend's gloves say 'hurt' and 'heal', Alexa's say 'play' and 'pain'.
* PungeonMaster: Needless to say she rattles off as many 'bliss' puns as possible. "Blissed off" seems to be her preferred one.
* PurpleIsPowerful: She switched from her usual blue ring gear to a new set that's purple, but otherwise identical after returning in March 2015.
* PutOnABus:
** After Wrestling/SashaBanks accidentally injured her nose, in November 2014. TheBusCameBack in March 2015.
** After losing to Charlotte Flair at ''Extreme Rules'' 2021 and tearing up her doll Lilly. The bus came back on January 4 2022, with [[https://twitter.com/WWE/status/1478207153936781313?s=20 an announcement from WWE itself]] that Bliss would be making a "journey back to Raw".
** She disappeared from TV after losing to Bianca Belair at the 2023 Royal Rumble. In March 2023, Bliss revealed herself that she'd taken time off due to a cancer scare. Later in May, she revealed that she's expecting her first child, putting her out until at least early 2024.
* RealLifeWritesThePlot: Her second reign as [=SmackDown=] Womens' Champion happened because Wrestling/{{Naomi|Wrestler}} had to take time off due to an injury. Naomi won her title back when she returned at ''Wrestling/WrestleMania 33''.
* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver: Her original initial heel attire is mostly red with black as the secondary color (with white being tertiary).
* RedBaron: Five Feet of Fury, Little Miss Bliss, and after winning both brands' Women's Championship titles she added The Goddess of WWE.
* RedemptionDemotion: ZigZagged. Her HeelFaceTurn has removed her from the Women's Title picture at the time, but immediately netted her the Women's TagTeam Championship which made her the second female Wrestling/TripleCrownChampion in WWE history. She and Wrestling/NikkiCross are also the first team to hold said championship twice.
* ReformedBully: As her second Face run went on, she fully embraced the good side and was barely the LovableAlphaBitch she was during the beginning of said run.
* RunningGag: She lampshades how it's impossible for her to get through a single episode of her "Moment of Bliss" interview segment without at least ''one'' person coming out to interrupt and Bliss sits there fuming.
* {{Sadist}}: As a heel Alexa clearly enjoyed inflicting pain on people. She would often smile and laugh in the ring when her opponents were suffering from her attacks. She also went through a phase of beating people with kendo sticks, and the wicked smile on her face when she did this showed that the victim's pain was Alexa's pleasure. Especially prevalent following her arc with The Fiend, finding great pleasure in the agony of others is a near defining trait of her character.
* SensibleHeroesSkimpyVillains: She didn't only drop her [[NiceGuy nice girl]] persona when she turned heel, she also left behind several square feet of clothing.
* SheFu: What do you expect from a former gymnast and cheerleader?
* ShipTease: With Wrestling/BraunStrowman during their team-up in the Mixed Match Challenge. [[HugeGuyTinyGirl Hilarious, yet adorable]]. Also with Nikki Cross in Summer 2019 due to the heartwarming bond the two share. Taken to new levels when the duo became tag team champions. As of 2020, it's now Bray Wyatt, which a lot of people have compared to Harley Quinn and the Joker.
* ShoutOut: Her ring name may be a reference to 40s-50s champion Mildred Bliss (better known as Mildred Burke).
* SkipOfInnocence: As a face.
* SlasherSmile: As a heel. Also gave an incredibly unnerving yet sexy one on the September 25 2020 episode of Smackdown. Having been triggered into a trance-like state due to Bray Wyatt's alter ego The Fiend, the sight of Bliss smiling while drenched in The Fiend's red light was more than enough to get people talking (and to sleep with one eye open that night!) After said lighting faded, Bliss looked almost in a state of orgasmic euphoria as a result of her trance. Creepy doesn't even begin to cover it...
* SleevesAreForWimps: She started getting more wins when she opted for sleeveless wrestling gear.
* SpiritualSuccessor:
** She could be considered one to Wrestling/DaffneyUnger, due to both of them drawing a gimmick directly inspired by ComicBook/HarleyQuinn, playing psychotic, AxCrazy heels.
** Her TagTeam with Wrestling/NikkiCross are essentially a DistaffCounterpart to the Rock'N Sock Connection. Like [[Wrestling/DwayneJohnson the Rock]], Alexa is a ReformedBully, a multi-time champion, has a collegiate athletics background, and a notable sex symbol known for her theatrical wrestling style. Like [[Wrestling/MickFoley Mankind]], Nikki is a brunette PsychopathicManChild known for her edgier wrestling style.
* StraightMan: To Wrestling/NikkiCross. Nikki is an extremely wholesome CloudCuckoolander prone to bursts of energy and excitement, while Alexa plays the more pragmatic of the two who frequently tries to limit Nikki's caffeine habit.
* TalkShowWithFists: Hers is called "A Moment of Bliss".
* TeenPregnancy: She's a product of one. Her biography reveals that her mom and dad had her when they were respectively 16 and 17.
* TokenWholesome: As a face, she was initially presented as more cute than sexy — with her ring gear being a bit more modest. But after she turned heel, she became HotterAndSexier. Her second face run has elements of both.
* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: As of mid-2019, Alexa plays the regal, high-feminine Girly Girl to Wrestling/NikkiCross' rowdy, tee-and-jeans Tomboy.
* TookALevelInBadass: Twice over the course of her WWE tenure and both coinciding with a turn. The first came when Alexa abandoned her pixie princess gimmick and started using ruthlessness and cheating to get her way; the second came when she (and Wrestling/NikkiCross) turned face again as Women's Tag Team Champion and started bringing explosive offense against threatening opponents rather than cowering from them.
* TriggerPhrase: Following an attack from the Fiend, Alexa will go into a state of trance whenever someone says "the Fiend", followed by her attacking the nearest person with a Sister Abigail.
* TrueBlueFemininity: Alexa typically defaults to blue or blue-accented gear as a face, and even as a heel her startlingly blue eyes are a key part of her gravitas.
* TsurimeEyes: She has sharp catty eyes to match her wrestling character's strong-headed and arrogant personality.
* TwoGuysAndAGirl: After she teamed up with Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy.
* UnnecessaryCombatRoll: Her somersault off the top rope doesn't really seem to serve much of a purpose - but it sure is impressive.
* UnknownRival: If her complaints about Wrestling/BrockLesnar prior to ''Elimination Chamber 2018'' indicate anything, Bliss actually considers herself above the Beast.
* UseYourHead: While challenging Wrestling/BeckyLynch for the championship on an episode of [=SmackDown=], Alexa used a headbutt to knock Becky down from the top rope. She did it again in an episode of RAW, this time her victim being Asuka.
* WeakButSkilled: A major point of her debut match. She was essentially overpowered by Wrestling/AliciaFox, but caught her off-guard by thinking outside the box.
* WeightWoe: She sadly suffered from an eating disorder, becoming anorexic as a teenager. But she credits body building with helping her become healthier.
* WeUsedToBeFriends: With Nikki Cross following Alexa joining the Fiend; Nikki desperately wants Alexa to leave the Fiend, while Alexa repeatedly rejects Nikki.
* WhamLine: During her appearance on The KO Show:
--->'''Kevin''': [The Fiend]'s here, isn't he?
--->'''Alexa''': *smiles widely* He's everywhere... and I can hear him now. *drops the smile* LET HIM IN.
* WhamShot: During a Fatal 4-Way involving her, her friend and tag team partner Wrestling/NikkiCross, Wrestling/LaceyEvans and Wrestling/TaminaSnuka, Wrestling/MichaelCole offhandedly mentioned [[Wrestling/BrayWyatt The Fiend]] (who'd been stalking Alexa recently and seemed to be having some kind of corrupting effect on her), triggering something in Alexa that caused her to grab Nikki and hit her with ''Sister Abigail'' (complete with a kiss on the forehead)!
* WholeCostumeReference:
** [[https://66.media.tumblr.com/9924f96b9a90ab52c7b3fc082314795b/tumblr_odita3i8Q91v5nz3ro2_1280.jpg Her makeover]] in September 2016 is clearly inspired by ''Film/{{Suicide Squad|2016}}'''s version of [[http://i.imgbox.com/l1a8wLaS.jpg Harley Quinn]].
** She has also worn gear reminiscent of ComicBook/TheRiddler, ComicBook/{{Supergirl}}, [[Franchise/ANightmareOnElmStreet Freddy Krueger]], [[Franchise/ChildsPlay Chucky]] and [[Franchise/ToyStory Buzz Lightyear]].
* {{Wedgie}}: Very frequently on the (largely accidental) receiving end of these, to the point she's lampshaded it a few times outside of the ring.
* WoundedGazelleGambit: Uses her double jointed arm to fake an injury against Wrestling/BeckyLynch during their 2016 feud.
