4	Simon Edward Minter (born 7 September 1992) is an English Website/{{YouTube}}r and Internet personality better known as [[https://www.youtube.com/user/miniminter Miniminter]][[note]]He's also known by his Xbox Live gamertag, Real Nimrod, or his Steam username, Stimpy[[/note]], mainly known as a member of the WebVideo/{{Sidemen}}. Like all members of the group, he grew popular on [=YouTube=] for his [[LetsPlay gaming videos]], primarily through ''VideoGame/{{FIFA\|Soccer}}''.

6	In the Sidemen, Simon often serves as the host of the various games the group plays, in addition to being TheAnnouncer of their ''[[VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoV Grand Theft Auto Online]]'' events. He's arguably the group's [[CompetitionFreak most competitive member]], known for screaming something (usually [[BigYes "Yes!"]] or [[BigNo "No!"]]) when something does or does not go his way. Although he's not the most popular Sideman numbers-wise, Simon is seen as one of if not the [[EnsembleDarkHorse most underrated member of the group]], having a very strong following within the fanbase.

8	Simon has known the Sidemen's most famous member, Creator/{{KSI}}, since well before the formation of the group. However, he started his main channel in February 2008, two months before KSI made his first channel, so Simon actually has the longest [=YouTube=] career out of the Sidemen, even though it took him about six years to attain one million subscribers. Today, Simon is now the third-most subscribed member of the group, behind KSI and WebVideo/{{wroetoshaw}}.

Ultimately, the cheerleader will be the FinalGirl fending for her life against the killer, and in the ensuing ChaseScene, she will inevitably [[BrokenHeel trip and fall]] (maybe over nothing, to be especially heinous) just so the killer can keep up with them with their [[OminousWalk slow pace]]. This is the moment when the girl essentially becomes TooDumbToLive, failing to take possible escape routes. When the girl gets cornered by the killer, there will be a brief confrontation by her to the killer, who will give a motive such as "YouKilledMyFather!" This confrontation will take up enough time so that a character from before reveals themselves to be NotQuiteDead or simply BackFromTheDead (because DeathIsCheap, perhaps) in a marvelous DeusExMachina and kills the killer. The girl and the character that saved her then leave happy, [[MoodDissonance despite]] [[EverybodysDeadDave everyone else being dead]]. Simon then adds a footnote for FoundFootageFilms and states that it is a DeadHorseTrope, only to get thrown into one himself as he and Vik try to escape from JJ, who has just killed Tobi. Vik tries pulling an IWillOnlySlowYouDown on Simon even though the door to freedom is right in front of them, and Simon ultimately just leaves Vik for JJ.[[/labelnote]]
