''Take This Lollipop'' is a pair of short horror films, one released in 2011 and the other in 2020.

The first video, released in 2011, is a horror-ladened PSA about the fact that you don’t get to control who sees your information online if you post it publicly...and what could happen if you share too much of your personal info online to strangers. This got removed in 2018, where it was then replaced by...

The second video! Released in 2020, this version of Lollipop ditches the PSA aspect in favor of a video call style horror film, presumably sparked by the social distancing brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. This focuses on the characters playing a sinister ''Bloody Mary''-style party game by the name of ''Lollipop''.

One of the defining attributes of both games is that it uses some real life information, in order to crank the fear effect up to eleven, such as the first game requiring you to sign in using your Facebook account, and the second game requiring you to use a facecam.

[[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou Yeah...it’s one of THOSE experiences...]] [[ThisIsGonnaSuck What]] [[SarcasmMode fun]]!
----
!! Go ahead. Read this list of "Take This Lollipop" tropes. I dare you.
* DirtyOldMan: The main antagonist of the first [[spoiler:and second]] video.
* TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou: FUCKING EYUP.
** Let us begin with the fact that BOTH VIDEOS [[ShmuckBait require you to input some form of real life info, to watch said videos (Connecting your Facebook account for 2011, showing your webcam for 2020)]] which are then BRUTALLY turned on you to make for a pants soiling experience.
** For the 2011 version, inputting your Facebook information results in a horrific old man tracking you down ([[spoiler:[[OhCrap Right up to your address!]]]]) and presumably murdering you before going after one of your Facebook friends.
** For the 2020 version, using your facecam, eventually culminates in [[HumanoidAbomination some...thing...]] appearing behind you, before rushing into your camera, presumably killing you off screen...[[spoiler:[[GrandTheftMe and that’s not even getting into the ending...]]]]
* JumpScare: Usually when a character (or you) get killed in the 2020 version.
** The climax of the same video: [[spoiler:After the blond girl reveals "herself" to be the old man from the prequel, he stares into the camera for a few seconds before suddenly getting closer and screaming. As this happens, the feed glitches and [[BlankWhiteEyes his eyes become totally white]] - [[AmbiguousSituation though it's not clear if this was just a result of the glitching or if it happened in real life.]]]]
* ShmuckBait: Sure, go ahead, take the lollipop even after the video asks for your personal information. Totally a good idea that won't come back to bite your ass.
* WhamLine: "[[GrandTheftMe Hello.]] My name is Alex. Who wants to play... [[TitleDrop Lollipop?]]"
* WhamShot: One in each video.
** For the 2011 Version: [[spoiler: The man showing your address on his computer.]]
