->''"Hello! I'm George Liquor -- American!"''

''The Goddamn George Liquor Program'' is a 1997 cartoon series (consisting of eight one-minute shorts) created by Creator/JohnKricfalusi and starring ''WesternAnimation/RenAndStimpy'' bit-player George Liquor (American), Jimmy the Idiot Boy, Slab and Ernie, and Sody Pop. It is notable for being the very first cartoon series to be animated entirely with UsefulNotes/AdobeFlash, and the first cartoon series created exclusively for the internet.

The cartoon's bare plot is a simple SliceOfLife scenario. It starts on a sunny day, with George Liquor fetching his eight-year-old, freakishly tall, and mentally handicapped nephew Jimmy out of a hen house. George cooks him some bacon. The cartoon then trails off into vignettes involving Jimmy's girlfriend Sody Pop and George's other nephews, Slab and Ernie.

The main character later returned for a couple of UsefulNotes/UltimateFightingChampionship promos and a few Creator/AdultSwim commercials with Slab and Ernie before having one more appearance in ''WesternAnimation/CansWithoutLabels''.

!!Tropes:
* AmbiguouslyBrown: Sody Pop is ''very'' tanned, to the point where it would be hard to believe that she is actually Caucasian. The tan is gone in the last short, though.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: In the first episode, not only is the sun shown to be alive, but also several pieces of Dirty Dog's poop lying around George Liquor's yard. One of them is even a mother pushing a baby stroller. Jimmy's tongue comes to life when George asks Jimmy if he wants to lick the bacon grease off a frying pan.
* BarelyThereSwimwear: When Sody Pop abruptly shows up at George's house, she shows off her new bathing suit to Jimmy, which is so ridiculously small that it would barely cover up her nipples and crotch.
* BrattyHalfPint: As soon as Slab and Ernie show up at Liquor's doorstep, they start by twisting George's nipples and then wrestle with him. George takes it in good stride, though. You can argue Jimmy is this but his mental condition justifies this.
* BreakingTheFourthWall: When George Liquor goes outside to find Jimmy, he steps back and looks at the audience to quip his catchphrase. The ending message also as George directly speaking to the audience.
* ChristmasEpisode: The last episode skips ahead to George and Jimmy celebrating Christmas, with Sody Pop making another appearance.
* TheFaceOfTheSun: The sun in the beginning, with its varied facial expressions and hands.
* TheFool: Jimmy the Idiot Boy, who is literally mentally handicapped, acts eccentric, and is incapable of speech. All of this is PlayedForLaughs.
* GetOut: PlayedForLaughs when Sody Pop shows up. George is not happy with her and bellows that Jimmy's a minor, ordering her to "Begone, devil spawn!" as he literally slams the door in her face (and gets her imprint stuck in it for a moment).
* HappyDance: When Jimmy hears from George that he's in for a real treat because he's going to meet his cousins, he becomes overjoyed and takes part in a strange dance that freaks George out.
* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter: George. He thinks that leaving Jimmy to Slab and Ernie to babysit him is a good idea, despite the fact they have beaten him up not long before.
* JailbaitTaboo: Sody Pop, Jimmy's {{fanservice}}-y 15-year-old girlfriend. George, however, is more angered at her for being older than Jimmy and is in no danger of falling for this "bait".
* LeftHanging: The second to last episode ends with George going out and leaving Jimmy in the care of Slab and Ernie, who start beating him up. The cartoon trails off with a "To be continued...", but it ultimately never got a follow-up (unless you count the Christmas episode).
* LimitedAnimation: Enforced due to the project being simultaneously the first cartoon animated in Flash ''and'' the first cartoon for the internet (which was primarily dial-up at the time), along with it being low budget.
* MindScrew: When Jimmy and Sody are making out in the end, her long john pajamas behind pops loose to reveal her bare butt, and a tiny fairy version of her gets farted out of it.
* MockyMouse: Donald Bastard is the "multiple Disney mascots in one" variety. He is mainly based on WesternAnimation/DonaldDuck, but also wears Goofy's hat and WesternAnimation/MickeyMouse's buttoned shorts.
* MoralityPet: George might be a jerk to everyone else, but at the very least he seems to genuinely care about Jimmy.
* OverlyLongTongue: Jimmy's tongue extends to the length of an entire table and gets facial features when George mentions eating a pig.
* RealMenEatMeat: George cooks himself and Jimmy a massive wad of pure bacon to share for lunch.
* ShoutOut:
** When George Liquor and Jimmy are saying grace for their bacon, George asks God to "let Tank Abbott win the UsefulNotes/UltimateFightingChampionship!"
** In the last episode, Jimmy gets a [[WesternAnimation/DonaldDuck Donald Bastard]] toy for Christmas. Liquor, noting his unintelligible speech and being unsure of his species, speculates that he's a foreigner, and quips "That [[Creator/WaltDisney Walt Dizzy]] sure knew who to make fun of!"
* SillyPrayer: Before George and Jimmy start eating bacon, they pray. First Jimmy has extreme problems with connecting his hands to do the prayer and George has to assist him with it, then George asks God for letting them derive pleasure for the pig's simple pain and asks him to make Tank Abbott win the UsefulNotes/UltimateFightingChampionship.
* SliceOfLife: There's no overarching plot, just a series of vignettes about a typical day for George Liquor and Jimmy.
* SpinOff: Of ''WesternAnimation/TheRenAndStimpyShow'', where George Liquor originated.
* TheTease: Sody Pop is this to Jimmy. While her first appearance has her flirt with him by showing him her new bikini, her second appearance has her literally shove her tongue down his throat as soon as she shows up.
* ToiletHumour: The cartoon starts off with a gag about Dirty Dog's poop coming to life, and later on Jimmy wets his pants.
* TheUnintelligible: Jimmy can't speak coherently and makes babbling noises instead whenever George asks him about something.
