[[WMG: Other {{DLC}} invaders]]
While they would serve as {{Superboss}}es to test even the toughest endgame builds, they will be worthy of the NintendoHard trope.
** [[VideoGame/StrangerOfParadiseFinalFantasyOrigin Jack]]. [[spoiler: Especially if he arrives as Garland.]] For a finishing move, he crystallizes Wo Long when he kills them.

[[WMG: DLC Scenario Idea]]
Time travel may be involved, like with [[VideoGame/{{Nioh 2}} Hide.]]

* End of the Three Kingdoms: The protagonist is flung to the future where they have to help Jin's Sima Yan conquer the now nightmarish Wu Kingdom. ''Wo Long''[='=]s BloodierAndGorier, DarkerAndEdgier status may mean that this can be an opportunity to showcase Sun Hao and his hellish regime.
** This could also provide a justification in a {{Sequel}} on why the protagonist doesn't side with Wei, Wu and Shu: having seen the future, they know the Jin Dynasty is inevitable. Remaining politically neutral ensures history will occur the way it should.
* End of the Qin dynasty: Qin Shi Huang is mentioned as someone who sought immortality with the Elixir, so there may be some time travelling shenanigans that has the protagonist be the one that ensures he does not complete it.
** This may segue to the formation of Hegemon of Chu and the Han Dynasty, since Xiang Yu is the one who led the overthrow of Qin Dynasty to form the Hegemon of Chu long after Qin Shi Huang was off the throne. This leads into the showdown between Xiang Yu and Liu Bei's ancestor Liu Bang. May include some figures such as Xiang Yu's wife, Consort Yu Meiren or Liu Bang's generals Han Xin and Zhang Liang (no relations with the Yellow Turban guy).
* Han Dynasty-based scenarios: Han Dynasty is pretty long lasting. There's quite a lot of things that can be adapted:
** Struggle with Xiongnu: Emperor Liu Shi is fighting off against the Xiongnu tribe who has gotten ahold of the elixir. The antagonist of scenario is Chanyu/Prince Zhizhi of Xiongnu who wants to use the elixir for unscrupulous means, but ultimately for the good of Xiongnu (historically, it seems that Liu Shi curb-stomped him, but in this scenario, the elixir and demons may turn the tide). Supporting characters include Chanyu/Prince Huhanye, who opposes Zhizhi's idea and collaborates with Liu Shi to overthrow his brother. And finally, a leading lady/assistant: One of the UsefulNotes/FourBeautiesOfAncientChina, the one before Diao Chan: Wang Zhaojun.
