Mickey's Dangerous Chase, known in Japan as just Mickey's Chase, is a PlatformGame released by Capcom for the UsefulNotes/GameBoy in July 1991. The "plot" features WesternAnimation/MickeyMouse on his way to deliver a present to his girlfriend Minnie until Pete steals it from him. Now Mickey and Minnie must chase after Pete and get her gift back.

!! Tropes featured in this game include:
* ActionGirl: Minnie accompanies her boyfriend and also fights.
* AutoScrollingLevel: Several. Either to the right, upwards or downwards.
* BearsAreBadNews: Bears serve as enemies.
* BigBad: Mickey's usual arch-enemy, Big Bad Pete.
* BossArenaIdiocy: The battle against Pete features an infinite set of blocks to throw at him.
* BullyBulldog: Bulldog enemies are numerous in the first level.
* CowardlyBoss: During the final level, Pete comes over at certain points to throw stuff at the player and then runs away. You can only fight back at the end of the level.
* EverythingTryingToKillYou: So what's up with those iron barrels bouncing over spikes on Stage 5?
* EvilIsPetty: What does Pete want with Minnie's Present? Why did he steal it? Because he's a jerk.
* ExcusePlot: Pete is being a dick again and has stolen Minnie's present. You have to get it back.
* GoombaStomp: Averted. You can only attack by throwing blocks. You can stand on top of bear enemies unharmed in one level, though.
* InvincibilityPowerUp: A block featuring a potion.
* JerkAss: Pete as usual. He steals Mickey's gift for Minnie just to be a jerk.
* LawOfOneHundred: A OneUp for every 100 star blocks.
* LevelGoal: Meeting Goofy at the end of each level is the goal. Evidently he knows where all the good shortcuts are.
* PlatformHell: The platforming gets rather demanding towards the end.
* TheReveal: Mickey's gift for Minnie turns out to be .
* RunningGag: Each level ends with Goofy warning Mickey and Minnie that Pete has run away, while the duo assure Goofy they'll catch him next time. It gets old pretty fast, but the number of different lines they came up with for this single situation is at least commendable.
* SpikesOfDoom: A common hazard.
* VillainExitStageLeft: Pete runs away crying at the end.
