3	''Grosse Pointe'' was a ShowWithinAShow WorkCom that aired on Creator/TheWB from 2000 to 2001. Based on Creator/DarrenStar's experiences working on ''Series/BeverlyHills90210'', it revolved around the behind-the-scenes antics of an eponymous, struggling WB TeenDrama, and starred Creator/IreneMolloy, Creator/BonnieSomerville, Creator/AlSantos, Creator/WilliamRagsdale, Creator/LindsaySloane, Creator/KyleHoward, Creator/KohlSudduth, and later Creator/NatFaxon. It also frequently featured cameos from stars of other WB and/or Darren Star series.

5	Although it was highly reviewed by critics it lasted only 17 episodes due to low ratings, but it was later fortunately released on DVD. It can be considered a ShowWithinAShow version of another similarly [[ScrewedByTheNetwork screwed-over]] series, ''Series/{{Action}}''. Not to be confused with ''Film/GrossePointeBlank''.
